Today I am grateful that I actually (after 4 tries) got a really good tech at Rogers who was able to help me restore my phone. That's like AT&T being helpful! Lol

Grateful that my doctor cares enough to take my worries seriously. Blood tests, etc to rule out deficiencies, MRI to make sure nothing is going on in my head that shouldn't be there and a recommendation for counseling.
Although I try to stay positive and grateful, there are some days when I really struggle. Literally thought I was going crazy a couple weeks ago.
I want to feel normal again. Sorry to be a downer.

9/16- grateful to see some inches lost since I began my personal training just 1.5 weeks ago. Lost an inch around my waist already.
Red- sorry you are having a tough time. We all have difficult days and that is very normal in our world. Feelings of going crazy are not good though though, and I am glad your doctor recommended some counseling too. Sometimes we need a little help along the way with all this stuff. Hugs sister.

Grateful that my mother and my youngest daughter were born on this day, 55 years apart, in Fort Worth, Texas. The month of September gave this world two beautiful women.

Grateful today that I am feeling good. No real health issues (or mental ones, lol). My thanks to you ladies for the support... and you're right, it isn't all the time, just some days. This too shall pass. I suspect maybe it's just part of the grieving process.
