9/8- grateful for my new personal trainer who really gets my whole journey and is going to help me feel whole again.
-
Grateful for a fun dance class today and grateful for a fan blowing on me in the horrid humid heat, I sure wish it would rain.
Sorry about your phone Red, probably wouldn't be intact if it fell out of the basket.
-
red - jealous of the hot air balloon ride, not of loosing your phone. Grateful for cooler weather, tho not the indications that not too far behind will come winter.

Grateful for a good night's sleep last night despite all the trials and emotional ups and downs of yesterday.
Yes, Onco, as a matter of fact I did sing 'Up, up and awaaaayyy, in my beautiful balloon'. (at home before we left, not in the basket)
Nel, it was great, even for my husband who is deathly afraid of heights. He said it wasn't the same as being up high at all.
Cheryl, I had it after I got out of the basket, cuz I was texting people. So somewhere between the farmer's field and home, I lost it. We did go back to the field and the drop off spot, but didn't find it. I'm going through cell withdrawal.

Hi, I am back, and grateful for my fun family reunion weekend!!! (If you want to see some pictures, I posted some on the Lets Post Our Daily Exercise thread.)
-
Grateful I had my port removed yesterday morning, that it went well and I have needed no pain medication. It served me well during the 21 months it was in my body.
-
Awesome, honeybair! That is a great feeling, isn't it?!!!!
-
9/9- grateful to finally get to the movies today for a matinee. Something I have not done in ages (years?)
-

Super results Onco! moo
Grateful I got to go to the Relay for Life in Norval last night and that I got to hear 2 of my friends playing in the bands there. It was great.
-
Our godson was knocked out cold in the high school football game here last night & had to be taken off the field in an ambulance. I am very grateful to report that he is going to be okay. Very scary!
-
Oh gosh Ruth, you must have been terrified. I'm so glad he's okay.
-
9/13- grateful to have such great neighbors.
Ruthbru- I hope your godson is doing better.
-
Thanks. He is doing okay. He has a 'stable fractured vertebrae', which means he has to wear a neck brace and lie low for a couple weeks. We brought him over a bunch of snack food tonight & he was in good spirits & not a lot of pain. He wants to play again if he can get clearance....which makes me grateful that my DS is all grown up and past the football playing stage!
-
ruth - glad he is OK. so scary
Glad for Sunday and just chilling, worked all day Saturday!
-
Grateful that 3 of my oldest girlfriends will be here later this afternoon for a reunion. We started teaching together 39 years ago & have remained friends throughout the years. We get together once a year & this year I am the hostess. DH is banished from the house for the next two days (he really likes gambling & I don't, so he is happily off to a casino with my blessings). I am anticipating lots of laughter, food, fun, and exaggerated stories about our misspent youth!
-
9/14- today is the two year anniversary of my bc diagnosis. I am happy to report I am well and getting healthier every day!
-
Grateful for a nice afternoon with mom then a nice evening watching comedian Lewis Black performing live. Very funny man. Swears a lot though.
