Mommy, so very sorry for the loss of your cat. Our furbabies become so close to us, depend on us and ask for so little in return. Unconditional love, there is nothing like it. It's so difficult to see them in pain, much more difficult to make the decision to end their suffering. Charcoal is now running and playing peacefully and pain free.
Jazzy, great idea!
Onco, so grateful that you (and I) have passed the 2-year mark! Here's to a great many more!
Grateful yesterday that I had a patient phlebotomist. Only one poke, not very painful and she got what she needed (which hasn't always been the case).

Onco, DH is a keeper!
-
11/15- grateful for some mild weather today to be able to get some leaves raked and other outdoor yard work done before the next cold snap comes tomorrow.
-
M0mmy I am so sorry, those furbabies leave a hole in our hearts when they leave.
Grateful for my carpool buddy as today was her turn to drive and I was able to relax and enjoy the scenery.
-
Grateful for a lazy day at home with DH and that he was appreciative for the breakfast burritos I made for him.
-
Grateful for such caring friends here.
-
Oooo, Jazzy, I really like that idea. I'm going to go for it.
Mommy, *blush* thank you for being here too. So very sorry for the loss of your furbaby Charcoal. I know it hurts - I lost one of my furbabies, Honeycat, back in June. Maybe they are playing together now.
Onco, happy 2 year cancerversary! Things are getting better and better. And your husband is definitely a sweetheart.
Yesterday, I was grateful to have an impromptu shopping trip for Christmas gifts at 8:00pm with my DH, my daughter and her daughter. We met at a Walmart, shopped some, went our separate ways and continued shopping, now at different stores. It was really nice.
Today I am grateful to be going with my niece and nephew to The Mikado in Stratford, Ont. My great-niece and great-nephew are starring in it - perfect roles for each of them.
Have a lovely Sunday, ladies.

Might be. Plus I think my baby boy is playing with my sister's cats and getting lots of love from my sister and the rest of my family.

Onco - I like winter a lot more since I moved to a condo last year. Now everything gets shoveled for me. For this I am grateful!
-
Today I am grateful to finally have a trainer at the gym who gets it. She has made me a great program that makes me sweat a bit but doesn't kill me.

One of the ladies I walk with on Wednesdays is a huge Ellen DeGeneres fan. She always watches the show, and Ellen is having a contest where fans can send in their version of a dance. This friend convinced a bunch of us to join her scheme to enter the contest. If you want to know why I am grateful for my crazy friends, check this out:

* scroll down the page to the heading Penguin Shake
* find the submitted video titled "My Penguin Shake!" by Dianne Conlon
* that's us!!!!!

11/19- grateful to hear my sister happy on her 65th birthday today. We both went through treatment at the same time two years ago. Her motto on her b-day is "I am 65 and glad to be alive." They are coming to visit for Thanksgiving next week.
-
Thankful today that I made it home safely from work after telling a friend that no, I wasn't going shopping with her in this crazy weather. Turned out I was right, took almost an hour to get home.
Ruth, I'm going to check that out!
-
Okay, that was actually pretty good Ruth.
-
grateful I checked FB last night before I went to bed. Job fair today I might has missed
Very cute, Ruth! Looks like a lot of fun! Hope Ellen takes you up on the invite
-
Grateful that traffic was light tonight so I got where I was going in reasonable time.
Maddy, Little Kitty Little Kitty actually let me scratch her behind the ear today, she's still very skittish but wow what progress.......
