-
It's Connie's Birthday!!!!
-
There used to be a Dr. Hole and a Dr. Orth in my area, both GYNs.
-
Happy Birthday Connie! Have a great day.
We knew of a dentist named Dr. Chew. - (Ducky & Lisa still have the best names)
Today I'm celebrating that it's too windy to work outside. I am very tired & sore after yesterday!
-
R_R, that is hilarious. Yup, I think Lisa and Ducky are the winners so far. On my way out with DH to get eggs benedict florentine. Yum.
-
L_C, try not to overdo it. I would always do that on Saturday then die on Sunday.
-
If you're ready for a new member I'm in !!!!!!!!!

When I was little we had a dentist named Dr. T. Fairy and he had pictures of tooth fairies all over his office.
-

I used to have a dentist named Dr. Die. But then he did.
-
Had a dentist name Dr. Payne. But that was appropriate!

-
Lisa - another beauty! Hope there are lots more to come from your trip to the rose garden. They really cheer up my days. Thank you so much for sharing.
Now if we can just get SV well so we can get some more beach and birdie pitcures too.
-
Fabulous, Lisa.

Okay, just found this site and while I refuse to qualify as an older woman, I'll stick around anyway to make sure you kids don't get out of control!! I'll cyber pick up anybody who falls and can't get up, how's that? I see lots of names here I recognize, some that I even consider good friends, so I'm happy to come aboard.
Here's my entrance fee
-
hey Mary, good to see you

My grandmother had a first cousin named Alice Butt. She married Mr. Cheek. When I was a child we always called her Alice Butt Cheek. No one ever seemed to think this was the least bit funny, including me. (I was an innocent child). Fast forward many years to the day my DH, 8 year old son and I were driving down a street and I said " There's Alice Butt Cheek's house". You can imagine the effect this had on an 8 yo boy. We still laugh about it.
-
Hi Lisa
You were, of course, one of the good friends to whom I referred
Alpal - I can easily imagine the effect on that 8 yo boy! Too funny.
-
marlegal - Delicious entrance fee! Welcome to our Party. I am probably one of the new names to you, but I have lots of very dear friends here to help keep the party rock 'n' rollin. Amy Jo

There was a wealthy man in my home town with the last name of Hogg. Well he had 2 daughters and named them Ima and Ura. No joke. Needless to say as soon as they were old enough they changed their names.
-
When my grandson played youth club football a few years ago he had a linebacker on his team named Justin Aihole.......................thank God he was 6ft. 160lbs at 15. with a name like that.
-
P.S.................................His name was pronouned A-ho-lay, but none of the announcers knew it when he was introduced on the field over the loudspeaker before all the away games..
-

When I was a kid, there was a poor man in the phone book with the listing Tenpound, Peter. I remember prank calling the poor guy at a slumber party once - can you imagine how much juvenile nonsense he had to put up with????
