Just sayin'
-
Fuzzy - I can use that 2x4. I know who I would use it on!
-
Fuzzy, thank you so much for the solution to the pink bunny's request! Excellent suggestion!
-
-
Veggy...LOL Good point!!! HAHAHAAAA!!
Linda....that would do it, right? Couple of good whacks and the conversation would be over!
-
Ok, some of you know I do press releases for a job this kinda got me and I'm not sure I like pink any more:
"...Offering Pink Chips in Support of Breast Cancer" - Pink tortilla Chips that is so going to far!!!!! Just saying...
-
I did not buy into the color Pink before I had Breast Cancer.....NOW I hate the color pink and all those girls jumping up and down for PinkOctober.......Is it not STRANGE...that men do not do this for Prostate Cancer.......Liz
-
Liz.....you're onto something! Prostate Cancer Awareness! What color is their ribbon? Hmmmm......... or Testicular cancer awareness.....
The only thing is guys do get BC too.
-
A local health system did a "Pinkie Promise" campaign for BSE's and mammograms. We could create a "Winkie Promise" campaign for men to have DRE's and PSA tests......
I AM a sick puppy.
-
how about instead of ribbons for the guys for prostate cancer awareness they do a set of matching blue balls?
-
There is JUST something about those people jumping up and down....YEA!! I have cancer.......but HOW come it is so very hard to get a Breast MRI though insurance??? I just guess they are not jumping enough....Liz
-
Mary & Simply....I am laughing my ass off!!!
-
Laughing as well, love the blue balls idea.
Like I was this morning when I received an appointment for an ultrasound of my left breast??? I have a 'something' on my collar bone and onc wants to see what it is so ordered an ultrasound of left chest area. Luckily I was in a good mood so the appointments lady and I had a laugh when I said they could have problems doing an ultrasound on my left breast cause I wasn't sure where extactly it was now!!!!
Had better do something constructive.
-
Alyson....DID THEY FIND IT??? LOL!!! OMG you all are crackin' me up!!
Here lefty lefty lefty....come get your procedure....
I need to lay off the asparagus...or the mushrooms...
-
Actually Fuzzy it is probably in a jar or some freezer as I have been on a trial and know it has been retained in case they need to re test the tumour!!! Well I suppose that all they kept I don't know.
I need the asparagus, maybe its too many mushrooms - had both for dinner last night!!!
-
oops...that's not it....
Nope....not in there....
I FOUND IT!!! YOU WOULDN"T BELIEVE WHAT IT'S GROWING!!!!
-
OMG!!!!!!
-
FUZZY! LMBO!!!!
-
I am SOOO glad my kid's not home yet, because I've been laughing until the tears ran!
But... if THAT's what Alyson's lab specimen left breast is growing now... Wonder what happens in the lab to the Winkie Promise guys' blue balls?
-
I found the blue balls!...They hatched into smurf babies!!!
-
Well actually some one else is going to have to do the pictures as I am not computer-literate to do them-wish I could I could really add a lot of worthwhile photos.
-
-
-
-
They were all great! I think we should do a poll and come up with the official winkie promise picture!
-
Brava SimplyAudrey!! Very funny!
Hey, if they can have the Viagra commercials on the tube as they do, the Winkie Promise is only a matter of time, after they spend milliions of dollars on finding the perfect name (alliterative if possible). Personally I think the name "Winkie Promise" is perfect already.
-
Should we Copyright it????
-
Copyright it is a good idea, now we should have a famous spokesman too. One who will "tell all". Any suggestions?
-
Justin Bieber. Goes right along with 12 year old girls "pinking out". And Jewel speaking as an authority on Breast Cancer.
-
Or Lance Armstrong. I hear he's looking for a gig. Maybe the two together making a "winkie promise".
