Ola girls... first of all, I had a 94 on my Rogers project (Yeahy me) and
HOLLY COW for these three YOUNG TENORS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
Oh Nicole S... she is absolutely stunning!!! I want to be her when I grow up...!
Scotty's homecoming was very sweet.
-
CONGRATULATIONS NBN.
Yes Scotty was very sweet and cute.
-
Thanks Sheila... and OMG... my Lauren has my heart of gold... I love her!
-
-
-
Helloooooooo... where is everyone??????????? Am I talking to myself and by myself (as usual)????
-

NBN I agree with you about Lauren... I cried when I saw the video of her home town... it looks alot like mine does!
total devastation, so much lost; homes, businesses, jobs. Yes it made some new jobs for many other people that have been struggling but Lord if you could see the devastation in person... breaks my heart. It will take years to rebuild what was lost. -
Noooooooooooo.......... -
I am so sorry mimi... I was crying like a baby... it does not matter if it is a "stranger's" home, it's like it is my own... it's painful to see the devastation and the loss of lives.... But, I like to think that in our lives there is a "higher" plan... whatever that might be and that everything happens for a reason, again, even if it is cruel and unfair... that's my way of dealing with pain....
Now on to a new thread!
-
Sorry PIP
-
I'm sorry Pip... West Coast enjoy the show!
-
Naughty,
Congrats on your project!!!! Way to go!!!
Mimi... Lauren's seeing the devastation in her area for the first time brought tears to my eyes!!
We went through a 500 year flood event here back in 2006 and, I can tell you, we are just now getting back to where most have recovered! Just SO hard!

Lauren Alaina - If I Die Young - Studio Version
www.youtube.comTake a listen it's really good!!!
-
Try this one if the other one for Lauren doesn't work it's the same song...
-
Wow I guess I hadn't realized just how close to home the tornadoes hit in Lauren's home state.
My lips are sealed about the results tonight

Same song again.
Excellent
I copied the name of the song and it worked.
-
My heart is not into Idol, since my 'James' left. Sorry ladies not a country fan, never have been, probably never will .. I have watched American Idol, season after season from the very beginning -- so disappointed with the Country kids's ..
Just my opinion .. both Scotty and Lauren will fare well regardless of who wins. As will James. Haley ?

Vicki Sam ... EDIT... EDIT... EDIT!!!!!!!!!!!
West Coast girls have no idea what's up.... well, other than you
!PS: Thanks Seasidememories... my brain was most definitely fried yesterday! Today, was another day....
-
I think the West Coast girls should know to not read this thread if they don't want to know anything! It's hard on us East Coasters to not be able to talk about it ...
VickiSam, I completely agree with you.
For those conspiracy theorists, this is the most likely conspiracy ever! You could see this coming 6 weeks ago. I'm disappointed, but not surprised.
-
Hi angel how are you?
-
Sheila, I'm good sweetie, how are you doing? Miss our son!

-
Jo-5 -- those young tenors were incredible! It kept freaking me out, though, to see such "pop idol" style performers singing opera... and singing it so well! I agree they were very exciting. Who was the chick in the white fringe dress though? I missed the intro. She was not very good.
-
I'll be glad when AI is over next week. Guest singers are being marketed by record companies. Why else were they on the show. Nauseating.
-
Idol is marketed for a family audience and personally I thought the girl in the fringe dress, her suggestive moves and her more than suggestive song was a bit much for a family audience.
I am sad that Haley was voted off. She has been my favorite. I think Scotty and Lauren both have beautiful voices but they are not going to be big stars. I think Haley had more of that star quality.

Yea, I love the results.............I am a happy person.........Scotty is so adorable, and so humble.............Lauren was so upset about the damage.
Haley looked pretty confident before they announced that she was out.............I had heard she was in and Lauren went home...........wow glad that was just a rumor.
Those 3 tenors were amazing. Wish I could remember their names,.
-
Italian popera trio Il Volo stopped by to sing a loungey version of the opera classic "O Sole Mio,"
Ducky I found this info for you.
-
Seyla888, thanks girlfriend..............They were amazing..............How does someone get that talented in those short years..................WOW............they sent goosebumps up my neck..
-
I'm glad so many of you enjoyed the Italian Opera boys. They aren't my cup of tea. I was glad that since Haley went she sang the best song she had done all season (my opinion that she shined the night she sung "Benny and the Jets").
Read that Scotty won the coin toss and he let Lauren choose if she wanted to go first or second... She chose 2nd! He is such a nice boy!

For Lilah:

Nicole Scherzinger's original group was the The Pussycat Dolls. Nicole is a stunning girl, dances like a feather against the wind (she won Dancing with the Stars) and I like her style... than again, that is just MOO!
Here's something by The Pussycat Dolls, enjoy:

PS: She is also going to be a host on The X Factor coming this fall.
PS: Nite-nite girls... as usual, my pleasure.
