Thx Lisa.  Checkum suggested eating a tsp./day of local honey.  That might help too.  Can't hurt.  There is a huge field of goldenrod behind us.  I wonder if that's part of the problem  Must find some goldenrod honey.............it's alive with bees so there has to be honey somewhere.

For the bird lovers....this eagle's nest was on display at the Santa Ana zoo....It was huge. I've never seen one. Of course, you probably don't want to get real close to one if the mom eagle is near:)
