-
OH JUDY!!! I AM SO SO SORRY!... Girl.. you will be missed... how unfair...a cruise... Blasted!
-
I must say you all have helped me de-stress today. Thank you so much!
-
ain't it nice Janet! I will destress when I hear from Linda...... she had her revision today....
-
All,
I have seen this thread several times when looking at the active threads and for some reason thought it was a group of people who LIVED in Las Vegas that were getting together. Who knew there was a party going on??!!
I skimmed through the entire thread and if I am reading correctly you are still adding people?? I would love to come and bring another friend with me. Can I still join you??
-
Yes just PM Tracey and tell her to add you to the list
than if you want share your age and some other info if you'd like as others before you have
-
I gotta say it... maybe it is just me...
is it "than" or is it "then"....
I have been noticing this for some time.. maybe the different states..hehe... or I am just anal to the 10th degree....hehehehehehehehehehehe
If you do not get what I am talking about... then I am the wrong one....and I can take that! ...lol
-
Sandy, thanks I will PM Tracey. Here is a bit of intro info for me. I am 44, non smoker, I do drink although I detest being hungover so am generally conservative with my drinks. I live in WA so hopefully those airfares to LV are still good!
-
Oh Laura- the cruise is only 3 days..not a 'real' cruise...I know it sounds luxurious but it isn't..it is more like a girls night out...fun, but not like vegas would be....
and it's then. (I'm an old english teacher, but don't tell anyone, that was another life ago...) JUDY
-
-
Laura, then put me down to be anal as well, as I really notice when other than the right word is used!

(Boy did I have to rip apart the English language to make THAT sentence!)
-
Oh Judy - what a bummer! But, you will have fun on your cruise. And yes, I am pretty sure that if we don't burn Vegas down there will be a 2nd Ta Ta Sisterhood Reunion!
To all you English teachers out there - I HATE punctuation rules and live by my spell checker. Mama was a book publisher and I was a great disappointment to her in that aspect. She always told me that I had better have a secretary to write all my letters for me. Well she passed before PC's became such a fixture in our lives. Bless her heart. She would have thrived in the digital age! Anyway, please love me anyway even if my punctuation sucks and I may occasionally forget to check my spelling!
-
Punctuation is not the issue! heheheheheh
I remember when spell-checked programs came out and I COULD NOT believe it! A computer that knew when you made a typo?
-
Call me "anal" about spelling and grammar also. Then is the correct word, in MY humble opinion.. Then I get on the computer and my fingers and brain cannot coordinate much of anything that makes sense. Run on sentences and typos -- normal ?? LOL. Have a super duper day. Has anyone started a count down to Vegas? Dare I ask? Hugs, Nancy
-
Barb...LOL... loved that sentence! HEHE
-
OH NO Judy
sorry you will not get to go to Vegas.....
We all need to go on a cruise together sometime....that would be wild.....
-
Maybe the second reunion? on a little cruise?
-
My daughter and her sorority sisters just went on a cruise and she said they had the best time ever! My cousin and her hubby went on a week long 2nd honeymoon cruise and he gained 17 pounds. I kid you not! He was the talk of the family because he was so proud of his feat! About the only thing he did was eat, and yes, he is a big guy!
Has anyone ordered the shirt yet? How is the fit? True to size?
Thanks-Karen
-
I am excited to say I "pmd" Tracey and I am on the list to go to Vegas! I was apprehensive at first because I thought it was a reunion and only those who went before should go, but my survival support group of wonderful bc fighting warriors called JANUARY JEWELS insisted it was for all us.
-
Maybe I am blind but I searched this forum for the roomie list and couldnt find it...could someone please tell me what page it is on. I am driving myself nuts clicking page after page. I wanted to add my roomies to my favorite list and looked everyone up using the search feature but I cannot find catherine-egds7a . But maybe I wrote the user name down wrong. I am on 23hr of being awake, dumb meds. Anyone see the cirque de solie show in Vegas? I have seen them twice in Portland and loved it.
-
((((((((((((((Sandy))))))))))))))))) They are picking on you girlfriend!!! LOL
-
DVQ8, go to the first page and check. There will be many updates as the months go on, I'm sure!
I've seen Circque in Vegas and it blew my mind! Also, Siegfried & Roy....
-
Susie has received her TaTa shirt and I haven't asked her about fit yet. she has been in the hospital all week...MAJOR emergency!! AGAIN! That poor girl sheesh! As soon as she gets on here I'm sure she will post about the shirt. :-)
-
DV8Q--LOL I'm the one you couldn't find. When I saw my log on, I thought, okay, no ones' going to know who I am from that. Since then I have already put in other roommie requests, but we'll see how the final list comes out.
Catherine
-
Hey DV8Q- Susie and I haven't heard from our other 2 roomies and we already said you can join us for Sun ninght...so just plan on staying with us!
-
Why is everybody always picking on me : (
I still luv you all though : - )
-
HEHE HEHE.. Sandy.. you're a doll and I just wondered if where you live they say "than" instead of "then"....
I have a gal that works for me that always says..." of an evening" or "of a night".. I am ALWAYS telling her it IS NOT proper English... LOL... she tells me it is an Arkansas thing...HEHE HEHE!
Not poking too much fun sister....:)

Hey Girls, trying to catch up with everyone's comments. Thanx Jazzy for posting my new's, I'm home, but on a trial to see if the Meds will turn it around, but I'm still going to VEGAS!! Some of you have asked about the sizing on the TA TA T-shirt's. I ordered 2 of them in the same size & one of them is abit longer than the other-you guessed it,it's the bling bling one,but that works for me,hides my GUT!!! I went by my size I was when I had boobs & it fit's just fine. It say's 100% cotton, feels lite & looks thin, but does look good!!! I washed them after I got them, & I hung them to dry-so I don't know if they would shrink by drying them. Getting excited as pre-paring,Jazzy & I are getting ready to get our air fare ticket's,how many of you are staying late Monday? I know I've said it before, but need to tell you all again-Your great medicine!!
Take care Chow XOXO Susie
