Shiny good luck this week coming up and sending you gobs of powere and energy to get it all done brilliantly!.......
Strength and courage to all my wonderful sisters here........ -
Thank you Faith, Hollyann, all...
Sunday morning here, catching up with you Faith on Saint's thread. Are you resting even a weee bit??? hummm.
Well going to get my DH's breakfast ready..
Had a bit of a extra snooze this a.m, as the Daddy had fininshed building a mini "stage with curtain" (admitedely it is a bit, in the way, but can be put away at times) Sooo when the kids went downstrairs, they discovered it and they had great fun, I didn't hear too much singing yet, but lots of "ladies and gentlemen" and DD came up and got some teddies, must have been for the audience??
((((( hugs to each of my dustbunny girls)))

Good morning Dusty Buns.
Shiny, good luck at your appt. Wed. Praying they get things sorted for you. The 'stage' sounds wonderful.
I'm going to do some housework today. Well, it's either that or Walmart
.
Gentle hugs all.
-
I vote for Walmart. I have to go to work...sigh.
-
Shiny - your dh sounds like a love and a real keeper! How wonderful to have built a stage and everything...your little ones are living such a wonderful life.
Maybe a little housework to make room for the treats you'll find at Walmart?
DD will be going back to university tomorrow and the house will be quiet once again. Tuesday I have some fancy mri to try and see why bile duct is dilated, sigh..hate this cause once they start looking at things other stuff is found... let sleeping dogs lie I say, but onc didn't buy that one. Actually he warned me not to worry about that. He really is magnificant and all I could want in a doctor.
In honor of Barbe, I will go out to shop and buy stuff (if she is out selling, I will go out buying)
I'm sure dh won't mind....
-
EWB, will be praying for booooooring MRI tuesday.((((hug))))
Was feeling soooo, you guessed it "lemonette like" that when the kids went to the park a wee while ago, I was supose to clean but body said, need rest, so off to bed I went..10 minutes later and DH rings for me to do something, still a nice 10 minutes, dear me.. I looked at the weather forcast which is for heavy snow on Wednesday, humm. So I may not get to go to my oncs, we shall see. At least I have procurred a plan A and B for kids after school if I get in.
Wish I was shopping in Walmart with some of you.Did some serious decluttering yesterday and this am, but you know when you start, it creates more work, which is possssiiibbbbllyyy not what I need this week. DDDDDDearyyyyyy me.
Big hugs
Shiny
-

Lucy - so sorry to hear about sil, hugs.
-
YEAH...Coonie! I was a bit concerned but understand the need to take a break from all the emotional wear and tear! So glad you're not leaving us!
EWB...yeah...I wanna know what she means too!!!
-
Morning Gals!
You know Barbe meant cyper friends!
Arnie - I love it when you post - its just so darn good to see you.
Coonie - I totally understand, but, boy, am I gonna miss you. Hugs.
-
Hey Kathleen...good to see you too! Yah feelin' better??? That darned flu !!!!
-
I am - but it sure takes a toll on you - doesn't it. The silver lining in that cloud is that my stomach was upset for two days and I was able to get back on my eating plan and get my blood sugar down! I just haved to keep reminding myself that I am NOT on a diet but a healthy eating plan and its for the rest of my life so if I fall off the wagon I can get back on and cut me some slack.
One bite of the "bad" stuff and I go on to eat the refrigerator! Getting healthy is no fun. Sigh
-
Pretend Friends: When I tell people you are all my friends they say, "really, when did you have lunch? What is her real name? What is her last name? Where does she live? Have you met her in real life? What does she do for a living? How many kids?" I don't give a rat's ass about that stuff. I just LOVE y'all!!!
-
Love both responses...Kathleen and Barbe...xoxoxo
-
Ditto to that Barbe and \\kathleen((hug)))) ((((hug to my friend Barbe))))
Coonie hope I haven't added to your fretting! (((hug))) hope you got the email pics.
Arnie, So nice to see you post, friend.I am not probably going to have any tests done Wednesday, just meet up with the onc to discuss and then order some scans. Nothing to report for a while then unless they get a cancellation at imaging upstairs, then they might swish me in "something", but not likely. I'll have to return in a wee while. Probably won't even be BC stuff, but will be glad when I am sorted.
Still forcasting Heavy snow for Wednesday, so may still have to cancel, oh well, we shall see.
For the record, I think of you as friends and I care about you ladies, so Barbe, tell that person, she doesn't know friendship like "dustbun frienship" or she woudn't be saying that.
I am..lemonette and then some tonight, but send me some clever and AWAKE vibes please, anyone??? now! I have a meeting with the special educational co ordinator for DS tomorrow at 9 a.m and have not finished putting together loads of stuff which I have to have in a very professional format for the meeting tomorrow. The more work you do and the better the quality the better co operation you get, especially if you manage to get it all accross whilst being entirely supportive and unasuming, so yes, I doooooooo need those caffeen laden vibes please. Got to have me a 30 mins kip before I get to it.
Faith, Hollyann, EWB, Sharon,Jayne, all you ladies, I you know we can't do lists there are just too many of us, and that is a sweet "problem" to have it shows there's a whole bunch of lovely dustbun friends on this thread.((hug))
big hugs for all dustbunnies.

Shiny!!!!!!!!!!! I DID get the photos.......ohhhhh so so so SO very sweet and cute!! It looks like the kiddos just really enjoy the snow. It's beautiful too. I'm sure it gets old when you have things to do or errands to run. The snowmen were almost as tall as the kiddies. I hope you get your lemonette situation taken care of soon. Oh......I DO worry about my sistahs here.....as I'm sure all of us do. I've just got to learn to balance my computer time with my other time. I just love you gals so much!!
Big HUGSSSSSS to you all!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Shiny, let us know 'bout the doc visit this week, ok? Hope everything goes well tomorrow!! I'll be sending lots of prayers, hugs and good vibes for you!!!
-
Well, I suppose we could all promise to take the "same" break and take a cold-turkey 24 hour bunny-free vacation...... but I don't think I could manage any longer than that.
Barbe. Please tell your smug little 'in-person' friend that we do indeed love each other, hurt for one another, and as time goes on are meeting more & more & more in person.
We are so fortunate to have one another and have access to one another thru this amazing resource. What did our fore-mothers ever do to manage??
I for another am completely grateful to the whole, wack-doodle assemblage of dusty buns.
I'm not saying anything else, cuz I'll start the waterfalls again.
Go see my blog-post of this afternoon, where I talk about "Angels in our Midst." I am not going to tell you who that is, pictured beside me, but maybe you can use your Sherlock Holmes skills and figure it out on your own.

Goodnight all you beautiful dustbunnies!
