Okay ladies took my pill and am waiting for the nurse.I will stop with all this Turkazyness.
-
To anyone that had to wear a port - yuck - II applaud you. I had a pic line (a far different thing) which I was not even aware of) but had I had something like that right under the skin I would not have been able to stop playing with it!
(((((((((((((((((((MUM)))))))))))))))
-
Hey bunnies....the cooked turkey sure looks good! Very healthy too!
(((Mum))) hope you're feeling better. Any news yet?
Kathleen, I think anything stuck in, under, over, around,...blah blah blah the skin is annoying. I know I was ready to get the foreign object out of my body..........including cancerous tumor!!!! ESPECIALLY cancerous tumor!!
Anybody heard from Barbe?? I haven't seen her in a couple of days. Hope she's ok??
Missing others too...OhioDeb, Jaimeh, 2new1s,...I just think about you ladies and wonder how you're doing......cathi, MOM (especially our founder), Linda (where are you...soccer games, I bet). Anyway, hugs to everybody!!!
-
I did no housework today........had to walk for the 'other' thread. Sheesh, I can't keep up, with the threads, the housekeeping OR the exercising.
Gentle hugs all.
YUMMMMM, can't wait to see my turkey. I just hope it's small. I don't want to be eating turkey leftovers until Christmas.
-
hehe Sharon........people are expecting alot out of us, aren't they?? Cleaning, exercising, escaping, laying on the beach, being cute,,,dadadada......how are we EVER gonna keep it up?? I know.......no cleaning. But you know, I really AM enjoying the exercising part.
-
hmmmmmmm... it's our multi-tasking abilities that get us into trouble coonie...lol My dh can only do one thing at a time...if he's cooking...he's not doing dishes as he goes he just stares at what's cooking
I learned not to complain long ago, atleast I get dinner cooked once in awhile! lol
to all my Canadian friends!!!
Faith... I like coonie don't do facebook but sure have enjoyed the lovely pics you've posted here.
Texas...hope you're doing ok sweetie..
Hope all you beautiful dustbunnies have a blessed day... xoxoxoxo

Good morning Dusty Buns.
Arnie, my you are up and at 'em early. Thanks for the Thanksgiving wishes. Long weekend=no housework.
I am trying to figure out FB but I'm obviously not a quick study. I did post my 'Sharon' in the sand pic but now can't figure out how I did it. I saved it Coonie.........and can't remember how I did that either.
For all the time I spend on my puter one would assume I'd know how to work the darned thing. Perhaps I need a new one.........
-
Let the dog figure it out Sharon...hehehehe
-
To all the dust bunnies - all this gosh darn new fangled stuff leaves me in the dust (pun intended). I will have to get a 6 year old to explain it to me. Of course, you guys have so many, many, many other talents that becoming techno savvy isn't that important is it?
Arnie - Over the years I have noted that very few men can do more than one thing at a time and when you see one that can - you are absolutely amazed. If our house burned down around my grandfather, if the TV was still working, he wouldn't even notice.
-
Gosh, that sure is a 'pink' dog!!
-
I forgot to mention that I, too, was worried about Barbe - she did post on another thread.
Barbe - don't desert us!
-
lol...Kathleen...ain't it the truth????
It's October Sharon...lol
-
ARNIE - LOL - love it!
-
LOL Arnie!!!! Great chuckle.
-
Arnie..... I'm especially fond of the three lists. So true of me.
Just popping in.
Have a conference call shortly from the publishing company who has a project for me..... if all goes smoothly it will be available to the world in about 15 months. Talk about long-range planning & list making. Think a good thought.
I'll keep adding the wedding pics @ my blog, all week..... so you non FB-ers can still get your fill. (That web address is in my signature line.)
Big hugs to all of the bunnies.
Speaking of FB. I saw that our Jayne is having her fifth treatment today -- leaving her only one more to go after today. YEAHHHHHHHHHH JAYNNNNNNNNEEEEE!!!
xx00xx00xx00xx
-
That pink dog certainly has lots of , ummm, energy? enthusiam (sp?), too much coffee?
-
Goodone Arnie I have sent it on to a friend.
This weekend is going to be the best time for our northern colour show. The leaves are supposed to be spectacular this year.If I am feeling up to it we will drive north and take some photos.
I still have tubes hanging so not sure if Ican talk my overprotective DH into taking me. Hope everyone has a great day.
-
NEED PRAYERS. My DD & SIL are rushing their oldest, WB, three year old to Children's Hospital at the urging of Urgent Care.
I'm here with twinsies.
Unknown extreme pain in abdomen...... Urgent Care doc thought it could be anything from viral to appendix.
Prayers for him & for them & for me.
I'm such a wuss when it comes to seeing other's hurting. Especially WB.
-
Sending prayers Faith for all of you. Keep us updated.
-
Faith sending prayers and gentle hugs for all of you. xoxoxoxo
-
Faith...praying here in Michigan...let us know!!! xoxoxo
-
OK Happy Day...... they are headed home as I type.
WB has apparently failed the transition to pooping in the potty concept and has a backlog of kaka
making a mess of his little system.
In any case, given all the possibilities, I guess this is a FANTASTIC choice??
Thanks to all for your concern.
So now we need dodo prayers.
What a barrel of monkeys.
-
LOL, oh Faith.......how do you spell RELIEF? Poor little man though........to say nothing of scaring the muffin mix out of you all.
-
Praisin' the good Lord for the good news!!! Tell them to buy some prunes!!!
-
Poor Wonder Boy!
-
Great news Faith!! And thanks for the laughs! My siblings and I used to say kaka!!! Haven't thought about that in years!
-
Thanks team. DH & I just home from ballroom dance club.
What a c-r-a-z-y day.
I was given the contract for the great project w/the publishing co.
WB has kaka issues
and I've done the cha-cha tonight.
DH leaves on 6 a.m. flight for Denver, and we must get up @ 4:30.
Oh what fun!!
hugs one & all
-
Oh my goodness.....so glad to see WB made it through the tummy problems. So scary for a little one to be hurting that bad. Bless his heart!!
Sending all of you hugs and good vibes.
Ya'll are funny....
(((((((((bunnies))))))))))))
-
Honestly, Faith, you can't make this stuff up, can you?? I'm glad WB is okay. Congrats on the contract, and how good is your DH as a dancer??? I'm jealous! I love to dance, but you know how you have to drag most men onto the dancefloor! Especially our generation...
Hey, guess what? I'm going to be on the radio! I submitted an essay on BC awareness -- real awareness -- to our local National Public Radio station for their "This I Believe" program, and they accepted it!! I will be taped reading it at the studio in about 2 weeks, and then it will be scheduled for broadcast a few weeks later. I'll keep you posted!
-
Faith I'm so pleased to see the news on WB. I'm sure it is not pleasant at all, but better than some of the alternatives. Congratulations on your contract!
Kathi you are going to be a radio star! I hope I can get to hear you.
((((((Hugs to all you wonderful bunnies))))))
