She's a good kid Chris. My son would have walked out o f the house regarless of what I said to him. No RESPECT!!! Hope tomorrow is better for us all!
-
Chris....i remember those days...once DD offered me $5 to straightened her room
I did and got paid...maybe she thought i wasn't but it was the principal...lol
This pudding is soooooo good...I don't understand how can it be sugar and fat free.......it must be a trick......
-
Spent most of the day at an outdoor party, and despite me bringing several bottles of Sunscreen, I ended up with a couple of super-pink shoulders.
-
Sheila.............check for "aspertame"...................if it is sweet there has to be something in theere making it sweet.......................remember what they say about how many forms "sugar" comes in.......fructose, sucrose, and all the other "toses"...........................Just saying..........................but I'm thinking artifical sweetner................check it out, but have had it, and it is good..........so is the Jello......
-
The sweetener in Jello Sugar-free Fat-free pudding IS aspertame.
-
Sheila, I will give you 10 dollars to come and straighten out my house!
Meece, make sure you are applying the sunscreen about a half hour or more before you get in the sun.And use a lot!
-
I don't think I could pay her enough money to straighten out THIS house...
Your house is probably spotless, Linda.
Glad the pudding is yummy, Sheila.
Hope your sunburn feels better soon, Meece.
Wanted to go for a run. Now it's too cold. Tomorrow should be warmer - I'll try to go tomorrow. After MIL's dentist appt.
(((((((TOL))))))))
-
I was just offering to get her here!
-
Meece....try vinegar on your sunburn (on paper towel for about 15 minutes). I swear it worked for me....the pain was gone in 15 minutes and it never peeled or anything...it just went away....
Hey there Mak
LOL
-
congrats on the goal and don't talk about straightening the house, these boys are the laziest in the work, won't even let the dogs in when they go out, omg....
Shiela so excited for you that the wedding is getting closer that is a trip to your favorite place....I think
Watching celebity apprentice....
Sandy
Busy week!!!!
948!!
-
lol Linda - I thought you were just upping the ante. DD started with a dollar - you upped it to 10...I was trying to figure out what I could bid, but I don't have that kind of money...
DD hasn't come home from boyfriend's house. I'm getting annoyed...It's a little late - getting worried. She'd better get here soon.
Hope your week goes well, Sandy!
-
Hope she gets home soon, Chris!
Hey Fuzzy!!! Missed ya!
Love ya Sandy, boys are slobs here too. ADHD doesn't help!
Prom friday night, with a sleep over party. UGH!!
-
So not ready for prom...
-
DD got home about an hour ago. Took the scenic route. GPS decided to stop telling her how to get home around where she passed the exit she was supposed to take. Piece of crap. Boyfriend lives several towns away- an area she isn't familiar with.
-
I will pay the offered $10 and up it by $10
So nice to be past hollering at kids to clean their rooms! Now that one of them is a parent, I can assure you they have payback. Not that I delight in that or anything...:)
This weekend at our cabin, I noticed a sign at a nearby bar/restaurant offering a "do-over" prom. Had I known sooner, I think I might have signed up for that
Meece - cover up those shoulders! While I love a little color on my skin, I am terrified of it at the same time.
Linda - yet another sleepover for you! Where do you get your strength?
Chris - soon they go away and you will actually miss the bullshit. Even the stories about how the GPS stopped working.
Sheila - glad you spoke to DD2. Have you got your mother of the bride dress yet? You have to choose your color before the mother of the groom can.
Sandy - did you get your DQ yet? I had a butterfinger blizzard - half Fri and half Sat. Yum! How are you doing today?
As for us, we went fishing, catch and release until one that swallowed the hook and wouldn't survive. Had to grill that one. I didn't love it but everyone else did. Also had brunch guests and decided that is the best company meal to offer because it is easier and more casual and you can still drink.
-
Oh - I hate it when they swallow the hook! Glad it didn't go to waste though.
I know I will probably want to have the bs back so I that I can have the rest of it back later when they have moved out and I don't know what to do with myself... why does there have to be so much bs to go along with the good stuff? It's all or nothing, isn't it?
DD had quite the adventure on her way home. I asked her how long it takes to get to his house. She said about 15 minutes. So it takes 15 min for her to get there and 40 for her to get home...lol.
First a deer ran across the street in front of her. Then a "big ass" moth splattered itself all over her windshield so she couldn't see. Then some jerk was driving behind her with his bright, purple highbeams blinding her for several miles before she slowed down enough for him to get annoyed and pass her. Then it was dark with no other cars and no street lights and she got nervous... Then she got to the exit she thought she should take and the gps decided to crap out on her. Then she recognized where she was, got on another highway - took the exit we would take to go to church which is 15 miles away from our house and then took back roads home. I drew a line with my finger with several loop-de-loops to describe how the route she took home would look if we mapped it out. Poor kid. But we did have a good laugh. She really needs to learn how to get home from his house - without trying to rely on that stupid gps.
She went out to the car to get something she had forgotten and when she came back into the house a moth came in with her. She brushed it (or caught it and threw it) outside saying, "Get out - I've had enough of your kind tonight!" lol
-
It's so nice to wake up and find all my friends here..........♥
Now back to finding myself...
I love you all♥♥♥
-
Where are you Sheila? Are you found? Maybe you can ask Chris daughter for directions.
Fishing.......I love fishing!
-
i love fishing and love to eat the fish I caught.
Linda....I found myself and went out......
I'm at my prime right now....
And very very pure.......
-
Sounds like you had a nice day! Glad to hear it.
-
lol - you guys are funny. Sounds like you had a nice day, Sheila.
It's 10pm - do you know where your track uniform is? And no, it is not clean - it was not put in the hamper. And it is not ironed - it didn't get washed and was left in a pile of clothes on the floor in the bathroom. Ugh.
-
chris...Charge $3.00
-
Moderators Message.......
This site will be down for an hour tomorrow morning starting @ 9 am.
New formats & other changes are coming.........
-
ok, thanks Shiela....pay not paying them for anything.....
Michael braces tomorrow then bb game....
yep got a choc. chip milkshake!!!
-
Oh no - it's just not getting washed and she is going to iron it herself because I've made it clear that I am fed up with living like this - no one paying attention to their own stuff and dumping stuff on me at the last minute - so she is taking it upon herself to take care of it herself. It's a start I guess. Wonder how long it will take before she does all of what she should do?
I guess I'm not alone though. Have you seen the KFC mother's day commercial? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FNhurMwGQpo
I could skip the meal - but the cake looks good...
-
Ooo- is he getting his braces off? So exciting. Hope the bb games are going well. Glad you got your ice cream!
-
Good Night....
-
Oh, no, just saw Sheila's message about the site being down at 9. That probably means in 1 minute! Dear!
-
remember the last time they "upgraded" and favorites disappeared and we had to search through all our posts to see where we had last read up to?
-
Happy Birthday SHeila!!!
