I had a great birthday.

My boss brings treats in on everyone's birthday...except mine.  I didn't expect it, but still.

But that aside, DH and I had lunch at a restaurant recently opened by the  same people who owned the one where we had our first date. DH and I "met" on my birthday 8 years ago. 

We went to my parents for dinner and my two local boys, my FDIL, and Matt's GF came for dinner as well.  We had a nice long dinner and presents...good presents.  The boys got together and had my car repaired.  Long story, but one of them made a dent in it 8 years ago, and now the dent is gone. What a wonderful surprise!  I won't recognize my car in a crowded lot anymore!

So glad you had a nice birthday, Meece.  Sweet that they fixed your car.  Maybe your boss didn't realize it was your birthday?  Maybe he'll have treats today?

Drama club production tonight...kids were great.  Had a great time.

Omigosh - it just took me an hour to upload pix to FB from the camera.  This computer wouldn't read the card, so I had to upload the pix on another computer, send the pix to my email, download them onto this computer, find where the heck some of them got saved since some saved in a different place than others somehow, rename the ones with the wrong extension, and upload them to FB.  Why is technology so difficult all the time?!

No - I think it's the technology...

I hesitated to post that pic with me in it.  If I don't smile big enough, my left eye looks droopy and I look like I had a stroke!  If I smile too much, I look crazed...  lol

My son is going to the Prom,, even though he said he wouldnt.  I'm glad he decided to go.  Soccer season for me.  My son is in 2 leagues right now so lots of soccer!
