    Lol Chrisct!!  I wish my stomach would atropy too.  I used to be very busty so at least I didn't see it if I didn't look in the mirror.  Now with smaller foobs I look down and that's all I see. 

    I need Ducky's daughter to come drag my butt to the gym.

    Sandy, I've never been either.  We should go together someday.

    I went to the gym for 2 hours.  Did treadmill, free weights, lifefitness machines....then my cousin walked in to teach her power hour class.  She made me take it.  I sucked, although it was fun.  Its a class where you use a step, barbell and free weights.  I will be bumming tomorrow.  I wish Duckys daughter would pick us all up for the gym!

    Sandy...if I was living there all you had to worry was your plane ticket. You could all come and stay with me.I'm grateful that my MH is not acting up today is day 10....what a good feeling.

    I did wash, small shopping now the snow is coming not much but the ice part is not pleasant.

    I should stay home tomorrow.

    I ate tonight chicken breast and fresh broccoli.......and a warm sam. I don't like it when it's warm but..............

    I will be bummiung because I worked too hard.  Taking tomorrow off, I think as I am meeting with a trainer on Friday and thought I should be able to move for that.

    Have fun at the concert Chris.  Glad to hear she's thin......he wont have to go to they gym with us!

    I had cod and AFG and sweet potato....still wanna eat more!

    oh got results of bone scan and it has not traveled into spine.....it is ok tho a dullling pain is what it is....it is ok!!

    I have had my blood work done at the same place 4 times and this is the first time BCBS has rejected the CEA test.  This is their response to my email.

    Dear Deborah M Ryer:

    I am responding in regards to your inquiry about the bill you are receiving from Winchester Hospital for lab tests for date of service 11/25/11. The line of the claim that denied was line 5. This line denied as the services are not usually associated with the diagnosis indicated. Please review this with your provider to verify if the correct information was listed for that line of the claim.
