LOL, Ducky. Great job going to the gym - keep up the great work! Now that I'm out of commission for a while longer with my ankle in this boot - you have to exercise for both me and Diane (I had been exercising for her before my surgery - lol)
-
What a beautiful day today, saw a lot of ppl on their motorcycles.
-
I don't believe it it was 62 this afternoon.
I went out, picked up some oatmeal.
Ducky hahahahahahaha you should really be a comedian it's in your blood.
I enjoy and laugh when you write. hahahahahahahahhahahahahahahahaaaaaa
Bought Salmon for $5.99 a pound

Thanks peeps, rescheduled for Tuesday (ex MIL died so funeral is Monday).....plan on doing not much tomorrow, had to get the place ready for the after the funeral party (I call it) Jamie and I just did the pix board, which she insisted on putting pix of me with her father and the mil and fil on and ex just got married a couple months ago (#4, I was #2) and sure she will have something to say, but daughter picked the pix, and I have a witness....lol, get over it...
It was beautiful today and of course had to do stuff, food shopping, etc....Ducky you are so awesome, have elipical in basement haven't been on it in ever....grandchildren broke the treadmill....love this weather....
How is everybody this weekend? Any plans?
-
Oh man, Sandy. When it rains, it pours. Definitely relax tomorrow. Hope you don't catch much shit about the pix. Make sure the witness knows his/her testimony might be needed.
Went to Chili's for dinner. I'm stuffed. Had the bacon ranch quesadillas with lots of chips and salsa beforehand - too many. Managed to save half the meal for leftovers (and I'm still full!) I drove - so no margarita for me. Should have made DD drive. lol Tomorrow I think we are taking down in-laws' xmas tree after church. Wonder if we will manage to take our own down... I hate taking down the tree. Used to be because I liked having it up. Now it's just because I'm lazy and don't want to be bothered doing it. Supposed to visit with a friend of mine tomorrow too. Was supposed to see her Friday, but DD woke up with a headache/migraine and vomited - so I stayed home to make sure she was okay. Who is going to take care of her if she goes away to school?
((((((((TOL)))))))))
-
My lovely daughter just asked me if I knew that when you type "Mom" using the number pad on the phone - like when you are texting without a full keyboard- you type 666. Isn't she sweet?
-
Glad you had fun at Chilis. I went to the 99 and ate way to much too!
Good luck Tuesday, Sandy, and Monday too. They will get over it!

Good night Deb!
-
Sheila cannot get on BCO tosay Good night to everyone so I am say it for her. GOOD NIGHT from Sheila. Personally, I think she is just to busy with BBB to say good night to us! lol.
-
I think she may have had too much Sam. Why am I always so busy - I don't even have time to read about my friends lately. It can only get better. I am so happy to be home. but will be even happier when there are no workers here (two more weeks). Got to see the baby twice this week - it seems I am becoming more valuable at times
DS has been very appreciative - that and seeing the baby make it all worth it.
I am now completely unpacked except for master bath - too much crap we never use and I need to sort and dispose. If I haven't done a facial, a mask, or hair removal in all this time, I probably don't need those things. Ok, well, I need them, but since I don't use them, they should go.
Whenever I hear about your current weather, I think the worst must be yet to come! I hope not though.
I haven't been to the 99 for so long!!!! Soon, I hope.
Thinking of all of you! Going to bed - have had this cold for over a month now.......
-
Hope you shake that cold soon, Diane! Glad you've been able to see the baby.
I think we had enough bad weather last year to make up for this winter's relatively mild weather. I hope so anyway.
-
I couldn't connect to BCO yesterday evening. It said link is broken
Today it's fine.
good Morning. Thanks linda
Diane....we missed you but we know how busy you are.
NO NO....i wasn't with BBB or sam. All i ate was one slice of pizza all day.
Time for my wake up coffee,,,,running late as usual
-
Sandy...sorry about your ex MIL. You sound like you liked her.
OOh chris.....you had enough already and it will not snow. i had a chat with mother nature already.
-
Thanks for talking to Mother Nature for me. (Can you ask her to stop wrecking all the trees around here? She's gone a bit overboard lately.)
Sheila - you need to eat more than one piece of pizza all day... several small meals - steady energy. If you eat too little, you slow your metabolism and you won't lose weight... It's so hard. I ate too much the last 2 days - have to be good today.
I was disorganized this morning and didn't get ready for church in time. I'm supposed to see my friend today at some point. She called when I was in the bathroom - when I called her back she was on the other phone. By then it was so late, I figured it wasn't worth being 20 min late for church, so I didn't go. When will I ever get my act together?
-
Chris....i wasn't dieting just didn't have any appetite the last 2 days.
tummy is better today but i still don't feel hungry. It feels weird not being hungry.
-
-
There was a AG shortage yesterday.
i'm going for a walk...........
-
Glad you feel better. Have a nice walk. I'm still waiting on my friend... This always happens.
-
You guys were all too busy drinking vodka or something to laugh at my funny picture. I'm ironing while I wait for my friend to call.. ( I thought it was funny...)
-
Ok, I'm turning my phone off................................again today...figured it might be her, so I didn't answer it, when I listened to the voicemail, this is what I heard...................."Hi Mom, I'm on my way over, to pick you up"......................"going to the gym". So when "little miss sunshine" got here..........................I pretended I wasn't home, , but forgot she has a key to the door.............OOPS........................she came in and said "didn't you hear me toot the horn"........................I said.........................yes, I was ignorning you"........................I said "when I remembered you have a key, I was going to crawl under the bed, but couldn't fit"........................she said "ok, Mom, get your coat", "I'll wait in the car"..............persistent bitch......................
-
LOL good for her Ducky.....nope really didn't get along with MIL when we were together, she like me and all the ex's when we weren't married to her son...
Am feeling better (not really)...making a roast beef in the crock pot....
Diane glad son is appreciating you and glad you back in your home....being in your "safe place" is very comforting..
Thanks am busy this week....am curious to see what the BS will say......
Happy Sunday after noon, watching "Jane Doe"
-
Thanks for chatting with Mother Nature! I'd like all my wintedrs to be in the 50-60 range.
Feel better Diane, I hope the workers ar4 gone soon.
Sheila, you need to eat more.
Hope you are healing Chris.
Good luck tomorrow Sandy.
Hello everyone!
-
LOL Ducky!!
-
Ducky - when you said you were going to crawl under the bed but wouldn't fit, that probably made her feel she needed to take you to the gym even more... lol Keep going - it won't be so tiring after long and you'll feel good when you go! My father goes to the gym 3x/week. Lifts weights - using machines that won't hurt his back- and swims. He likes to say he's "strong like bull." I'm glad he's keeping in shape. He played sports in college, but has had injuries, has a bad back, and now arthritis, but he's trying to do as much as he still can. He says he feels like he's still 18 - in his mind. Body - not so much. And he plays golf as much as he can. But he recently had a new pain in his foot - needs to get that under control. It's been a good winter for golf. Hate that he's missing opportunites to play because of his foot. (I get my feet and ankles from him - lol)
-
I forgot to mention this. My oatmeal comes with chocolate chips (new flavor) got one and i'm telling you the house smelled like chocolate factory it was so good.
i'm grateful to my veggy store that i can buy everything i mean everything all type of berries etc....and only spend under $24.00
No AG yet
It's so funny someone actually telling me to eat more LOL.........I never thought i would be hearing those words ever again.
That stupid feeling of a rock sitting in my stomach is going. Still not getting excited about food.
Ducky...i wish i could be a fly and witness your interaction between your DD about going to Gym. That's too funny. hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaaaaaaaa
Finally not a complaint but an observation that it was 23 degree less warmer than yesterday. I don't like it
-
Yes it was cooler than yesterday but still above normal. Kinda like me. lol. Went for my walk with out a jacket again. Love it!
-
Turkey is almost ready. It's Thanksgiving here today. Turkey, squash, asparagus, corn, mashed potatos and green beans. Corn bread too. Kids have friends over (still) so it should feed them all.
-
I would love some turkey and mashed potatoes and the corn bread.
I want everything and i'm not really a turkey lover.
Enjoy your dinner Linda.
I don't know what planet you are on with tea shirt here i had to put the hood on my ears were frozen.
-
I'm freezing.
You're such a good mom, Linda, taking care of all those kids.
