Migraine is better for the moment.  Took a 4th Excedrin Migraine in 18 hrs.  Only supposed to take 2 in 24 hrs.  But I have a problem following directions... (and so do my migraines!)   Curious as to why they say don't take more than 2, I googled it.  Someone posted that they say you can get rebound migraine if you take more than 2.  Good to know.  I'll keep an eye out for that (ha, ha, no pun intended - my migraines are in/behind my left eye), but my migraines usually last only a day or so - no rebound even when I've taken 4 (like this time).  I might have to think about asking my Dr. for a Rx again.  Used to use Imitrex, but when I discovered Excedrin Migraine, it worked well, so I stopped the Rx.  Hasn't been working as well for me lately...

Linda.....i have one little nerve that gets irritated whenever he does something.

i know as long as i'm happy with my going there arrangements why should i care right/ The further he is in the island the better. I just don't understand how a person becomes this way.

Well I decided to extend my vacation this has nothing to do with POC....like even going there staying with them for about 10 days and when N arrives we can both go to our rental and stay 2 weeks. now i got to make sure we are not flying the same day or in the same flight.

Oh God forgive me for all the hate and disrespect i have towards this man,,,,,,,,,,

There's only 250 mg of acetaminophen in each tablet.  So 4 pills is a total of 1g - 4g is toxic.  So I'm good.  Thanks for lookin' out for me.

Did that same thing yesterday with ex and the nu wifey at the funeral.....I wasn't in the place 30 seconds when he aunt came over to me and said I need to talk to you.....looked up and mouthed "help" daughters followed us into the next room (this aunt is a real trouble maker)  she said....just wanted to let you know that he was going to ask you to marry him again, before he met her, she is the ugliest thing we have seen and nobody likes her (the nu wife) I kept saying it is ok (his aunt is 85) and they were all laughing and I am trying to reassure her that I am fine.....we were married for 12 years and we are from here, I was #2 and nu wifey is #4 (for both of them) it was an interesting day with a funch of old people!!!

Bone scan was fine saw the screen and there were 2 hot spots and she did extra scans....will have to look at the march one...either it was the lungs or the ribs that I saw....should have the report in a few......didn't take the meds yet have to eat and haven't eaten since breakfast....will in a few....bb later...

Sandy....Actually I love his new wife she is the mother of the little girl who  I call angel.

We are really good friends and visit each other. She was there for me whenever I needed help and vice versa. I was hoping that he would send her and my angel to Hawaii and he could stay in NY.

Finally I said.................I have been on Medicare for 10, years.................what the hell do you think the husband said  ................"no way your 75 (at the time I was)........................now I ask you, very seriously .......................would any friggin moron, lie if she was 65, and tell the man she was 75...................

 When I told the story to my Techs when I went in, they said.....................well you don't look your age................I said  "ok, but for God's sake 10 years younger..................the next day I saw the same people in the waiting room, and the husband commented to every friggin person in the waiting room................CAN YOU BELIVE THIS WOMAN IS 75.............I laughed and said ............"If one of you says yes, I will go out and tell the "valet" to throw your car keys in the creek outback of the hospital...................They all continued to read their magazines.

I need Little Miss Sunshine to kick me in the but and get me going!  My girlfriend and I joined today.  We were on our asses laughing.  The Gym is connected to a liquor store.....my kinda gym!!

Worked out for a while, did treamill and weights and sauna.  I would rather sit in a sauna and sweat than move my ass.

Ducky, I will pick you up tomorrow..........it's next to the liquor store!!

Chris - hope your migraine is better.  I've only ever had one of those, makes me feel so bad for those that suffer from them.  They're awful, I couldn't see and felt nauseous.  Hope you don't get them too often.

Yes, I've been to the big Island and Maui twice.  Summer before last we took our kids and went with best friends and their kids for our 25th wedding anniversary.  DH and I went scuba diving at night with Manta Rays.  Was the Highlight of the trip for me.  Love the weather, the flowers everywhere, and all the beautiful scenery.  The flight's a beast though.  Going not bad, coming back, ouch, took me several days to recover.  Totally worth it.  Hope you love it.

I went to visit them twice. i'm in love with Oahu I was so excited that i was actually thinking to move there. But like you said after coming back it also takes me days to find myself. but it's worth it.......

Hopefully migraine is gone - it did come back last night (rebound like they warned?).  It's gone now - hope it stays gone.  I don't usually get them more than once a cycle - althought they don't always happen at the same point - weird.  sometimes I'm lucky and don't get one at all.

I was looking at my leg last night - seeing how my ankle was healing, etc. and I noticed that my lower leg has really atrophied in just one month.  My right calf is about an inch bigger around than my left.  And here I was thinking I was doing well with my weight - or thinking healing burns a lot of calories - when all along, I've been able to maintain my weight despite low activity because I've been losing weight in my leg through atrophy!  No wonder my stomach isn't any smaller...  I wish that would atrophy.
