It was beautiful out around 2 then when I got home from work it started to get windy and cold.  Just a tease of what is to come.

It got warmer and warmer here.  Topped out about 70.  Awesome!

It is now 52 out there.

It's 54 here.  The weatherman said if you are north of the pike, it wouldn't warm up as much as it would south of the pike.  I am well south of the pike and it was nice!  Finally!  I will send some warm air up your way, Deb.

76 today. Now it's getting cold.

I accomplished a lot today was out all day and got extra cheese GF.

i know how to eat now I'm making portions and I'm still satisfied.

For dinner i made an Avocado salad with chopped up low salt ham slices.

You were not cranky - you were justifiably stressed.  Saw my med onc yesterday to discuss the arimidex.  Basically got a buck-up talk and a reminder that the worst side effects generally peak between 4-6 months.  Great.  I will take it though because it is very valuable to me as he told me five times
