I fouuuuuuuuuund the picture of the beans i was talking about.
This one says cranberry beans.
-
Yes, those are the ones we grew - same thing, different name.
My onc said I can have soybeans in moderation - but when I get going on edamame, well there is no moderation
-
edamame?????????????
-
edamame is how japanese refer to soybeans, boiled and then salted before serving.

Today, the young lady who grew up in our home moved with her husband and little girl from Budapest to Estonia. There they will add a 9th language to their list (Russian) and wait for the birth of their son. They are with the U.S. State Department. Sheila, his first new language was some version of Turkish as he was sent there on a Fulbright.
-
I remember..You posted a picture of them yes?
I have to google Estonia.
I love looking at maps and see where everything is located.
I even googled DD address sattelite view and there it was with all the details.
-
I did post a picture of them
They have been in Oman, Azerbaijan, Budapest and now it will be
Estonia for six months. They don't yet know what their next assignment will be. I don't think I could do what they are doing. Having someone else choose my home, my furniture would be so hard. Not knowing where I will be living....impossible. But they both have a sense of adventure...plus they are saving lots of money.
-
Okay I founf Estonia. Its North.
Im not that type either.
I dont like too much change.
But if my both daughters were in Hawaii and couple of my GF I wouldnt even think 1 second.
I felt so healthy and happy there. Its too late after certain age......
-
I'v seen them as cranberry beans also.
-
Ok, time to settle with with Desperate Houseives
G'night friends.
-
Good morning friends. Thanks for the recipes. I have put bok choy in my salads but aren't really sure how to cook with them. Thanks for the suggestions.
Good luck today Peeping Deb!
Another Noreaster is heading our way. Are you ready Sheila and Chris? And Deb? I know the kdis will be home on Wed with me. I better head out and get the essentials: water, wine and gold fish!
-
I'm home waiting to leave for the center where I am having my procedure. Took the rest of the halflyetly and I think I am cleaned out. Still have rumbling noises come from below. I will let everyone know how I made out. I have a massive headache right now from not eating solids since Friday 9:00 PM.
-
I am definately treating my self to some GF. If all goes well, I bought Stouffers Mac & Cheese and also Chicken a La King.
-
We had Stouffers Mac and Cheese last night. It was so good. Talk about comfort food. It should be just the right thing when you are able to eat a meal, Deb. Just remember it takes a long time to bake, so don't get too hungry before getting it in the oven!
-
I bought the microwave single serving one. DH would not touch M&C.
I'm gonna head into the shower, leaving at 11:15AM they want us to be there 1hr early.
-
Deb..Thinking of you.♥
-
I couldn't resist.
-
Thank you, leaving in 10 min. My head is throbbing.
-
Oh, that is miserable. I wonder if there is anything they can give you.
-
Feel better and best wishes Deb - think of what you will eat tonight
-
