Thinking Out Loud.....

I love haddock.
-
Chris, there's nothing wrong with being a lush. LOL! It's how I deal with my kids and everyone elses!!
Sheila, GT??????????? I'm lost!
-
GT? I am lost too.
I want to be a lush, I long to be a lush. When I visit the virtual bar on here, I just end up wanting the real thing.
Deb - I live perhaps 1.5 hours from Centralia, north and east of there in Bellevue, the land of Microsofties, Amazonies, and Nintendoies.
We are not involved in the tech business at all. My husband is involved in the fishing industry - the reason we moved here. 25 years ago, the Russians had so over-fished the Atlantic, that the industry was dying, so we came here. He is not a fisherman, but owns a business in the industry.
My son is employed by one of the tech companies. I would say Bowdoin did very well by him except that he didn't end up wanting to live there which was the whole point of sending him there...he is a west coast kid and was freaked out by so many preppies from Milton Academy.

Oh, tonight I was only kind of good with the dining - I also eat very little meat and lots of fish and chicken. I made butternut squash ravioli (with wontons) in a brown butter and sage sauce along with roasted brussel sprouts. I only had 3 ravioli's.
I did get a walk in and convinced a guy from our gym to work out with me at home or in a nearby park starting next week.
-
Good for you RCG. I would love to try your raviolis!
Good night all!
-
Night Makraz. You know how easy that is, right?
-
No, I don't. PM me a recipe!
-
Good Night Linda♥
I didnt know what lush meant I had to google it.
Okay Im having wine so is it called lushing?
GT=ground turkey.
Those raviolis sound so yummy and soft.....
RCG So you got a guy from gym to work out with you at home ???????????????????
-
RCG is a lucky girl. LOL!
Lushing!! I love the language barrier. You would be a lush, Sheila. LOL!
-
Im pouring another glass. Its good.
Thank You my English Teacher.
-
LOL!!! Good night!
-
Oh shush, you had to know what lush meant, right? No having a glass of wine is not being a lush, chugging the bottle is though.
Those ravioli's are delicious - and super easy.
Yes, I got a guy from the gym to come home with me. Aha, aha, aha
-
The gym is a block from my house or he wouldnt do it - it is not a fancy place and there is some concern about touching all the equipment. I am trading some work for them or wouldn't be doing it. He is younger than my son and very very sweet. And yes, he is good to look at. Suddenly, my daughter is really anxious to get some exercise.
Makraz - I sent you the recipe on FB.
Sheila - If you get beyond glass #2, you may possibly qualify for lush status because it is a school night, but you would still need to do that several nights in a row IMHO.
-
hahahahaha...your daughter's interest about exercise.
I was very cautious during chemo, no hugging, no crowded places and when I came home I used to take alcohol and clean my nostrils (sorry) with a Qtip. Not even once I got sick.
Still #2
-
Ok, stick with #2 and no snacks again
Didn't alcohol burn? I feel like all my nose hairs are gone - better them than my head.
I feel so awkward when people put their hand out to shake - what did you all do about that.
-
I honestly told all my friends and DD's Friends i cant hug until Im better. It was difficult because Im a hugger. Everybody understood. I also got out from Birthday parties or any invitations I didnt want to go, I used to say Doctor's orders I cant be in crowds.
Now shaking hands I wasnt required to shake anybody's hand but at least hands can be washed.
When I said alcohol didnt mean soak your nose in it just put it on a tissue or something and clean all around it. (not deep inside)
-
That has been pretty much my policy as well. So I added new pics on FB - and a few cartoons...
Still on #2?
-
Yes just finished # 2.
And no I didnt have any junk food.
I have 100 calories pop corn but Im okay.
I was looking at your pictures on FB.
Is that your DS and his wife?
And the other young couple with the little girl who is sitting on your lap....Im figuring it out.
You wrote DD's name so I figured out. She is pretty. Your son is very handsome.
OOH I love looking at pictures. As long as its not me in there.
-
Ya, me too. There is another pic I added somewhere on there today with a little blonde girl (a neighbor girl who loves to cook with me). That is the only pic of myself that I like.
Yes, that is my Matt. The one with the baby is Elina from Latvia with her MIL from WI. Her husband is also a Matt.
-
I have so many shows taped in DVR since Monday. I think I will start watching them now.
Have a Good Night.
Peace To Everyone.
♥
-
I went back to look at the pictures.
You wrote all the info so I now know exactly who is who.
Good Night again.
-

-

-

-
I also am having a late start. Still can't do coffee and I miss it.
A stunning day, warm, sunny.....maybe I won't walk, maybe I will put the top down and be the crazy lady in the convertible in November again.
-
Come pick me up!
-
Will do! One of my friends, the Lexington one, in an effort to make people stare even more, bought me a white cowgirl hat with a feather boa...she bought an extra for my passengers. Are you game?
-

-
