LIFE'S A BEACH!

I just got an idea for a Halloween Costume for Baby-boo in a year or so! That was adorable!!
-
Coonie, Coonie, Coonie......... how do we ever manage without you when you are forced to be at work?? You've brightened up our Monday -- that's for certain.
I saw this on one of my FB friend's walls and thought it might inspire our KK as she gets ready for her tropical adventure:
-
Dang! Wish I was having that tropical adventure!
-
-
Blanca
here is one of them on the beach
-
Awww... now that's the life! Swim, catch a fish, loaf on the shore...
-
Faithie, all I could think of when I saw your picture was "those are some hairy legs"!
-
I was focused on the view: LOL.

coonie,
I'm glad you liked the video and song - I am sure you can find the CD in a local music shop -
look under the Hawaiian artists category.
The CD is called Aumakua and it's by Amy Hanaiali'i (Gilliom). I hope you find it.
-
Thank you Mab!!! I'm gonna try to find it. She has a BEAUTIFUL voice!
Hope all you beachies have a wondermous Tuesday!
-
Lisa, that's after a fiesta in Old Town with margaritas and mariachi bands. That seal knows how to have a good time!
-
Funny you should mention that Bianca, I am heading out for Old Town in a few minutes
to Casa Guadalajara
-
Ohhh Lisa.....one of my favorite spots in all of SD!! I'm with you there in spirit!
-
Not quite the beach, but I walked around Old Town today...
-
LISA: LOVE it!!!! LOVE it!!!!
Above your collage of the day, my screen shows the dreaded red-X.
I've never seen a red-X for your photos.
So now I'm more curious than ever.
-
I don't know Faith..
-
Love it!! Authentic food, good weather, bright colors...Now I'm craving chips and salsa!
-
I don't see a red X
-
me neither. whats' a red x mean, anyway.. nice pics as usual, Lisa. hope you had a ball. we never made the beach, nor the movies this weekend. maybe next.. one, or the other.... 3jays

Here is Miami Beach looking north from my gal pal's condo.
-
Good Happy Hump Day, one & all.
My little red X has disappeared today & it it's place is the big blue hat. Isn't that odd? All day yesterday it was the dreaded red x???!!??!!!??!!! (a little red x appears -- when a picture is no longer 'available' thru photobucket/it's source/when villians have captured it. LOL)
I'd never seen any of Lisa's pictures go-missing before, so I was really perplexed.
Beachie kids. Our BarabaraA & I are making arrangements to meet in the real world!!!! Next week if all goes according to our little plan!!!! I'm so excited!!!!
Yesterday we started looking into a cruise for Valentine's Day. Anyone wanna join us?? Crossing my fingers that we can pull if off, at this late date. It ships out from Galveston.

OMGooooooooshhhhhhhhhhhhhh, Lisa!!!!!!!
I just took a look at your collage more closely & I realize that I've actually been to that very place!!! I have a jacket from Mexico that I purchased there, that I always wear for Christmas.
I just realized that's where I was!!! All the colors in your photos finally put the picture together for me. We could have bumped into one another!!!!!!!!
My trip there was pre-BC, so I might not have recognized you, but it makes me smile to finally put the puzzle pieces together in my brain.
What a fun little mecca-get-away destination. I was there by myself -- shopping that is -- and kept thinking what a fun girlfriend place it would have been.
I stayed right in that very neighborhood for a conference.
Small world.
Here's a photo of my extended family on Christmas morning. My parents, sister's family, both of our daughter's & their hubbies, our grand-peeps. Anyhow, that's me all the way to the left, in my red Mexican jacket.
-
Great pics, Lisa. DH and I spent Valentine's Day there two years ago. We had a great time. DH is not much of a shopper, so I agree with Fiathie, a great GF place!
Faithie, what are you guys pointing at? I don't see it!
-
I don't see Lisa's first picture. And 3jays is not there either. Bummed.
-
I don't see a red x or blue hat either, but I do see a lovely collage of Sand Diego's Old Town.
-
Look just above that one Meece, I see that one, but not the pic above it.
-
Oh, I see the blue sombrero! I was thinking the hat was some icon that indicated a missing pic.
-
Man! I still see a red x!! Maybe Canada is a day behind....?
