    Happy Friendship Day, INDEED!!!

    Here's another from yesterday's sand castle contest:

    Julz, always great to see you fly thru -- in the midst of all of your activity.

    Just rode my bike 11.6 miles in exactly an hour. So I am indeed building up some endurance & stamina. I just pretend that I am running for my gate between flights. It gives me the incentive to dig a little deeper -- for when I truly need it. Like last Friday, in Detroit. We had about 30 minutes to get off of airplane 1 and go from the furthest gate in one terminal to the exactly opposite and furthest gate in an adjacent terminal..... no little train to catch. All foot power. At the end of my presentation day, that requires some deep diggin'.

    Off to church & a day on my own. Hubby has all day golf tournament. Galleries, here I come!!

    This Tiger Heron is the most beautiful Heron I have ever seen. I am looking forward to our next trip this time we want to takle the Amazon jungle.

    I am so totally humbled and warmed and all good things from reading all those birthday wishes :)  I wasn't online last night (down our trailer with kids, another day that is kodak moment in my head) so just saw all these wishes tonight - thank you so very very much my wonderful friends.  Brought tears to my eyes - truly.  Took some great pics this weekend and will post another time, just stopped in for a quickie now!!  May all of you have times where you feel the love that I've felt this weekend ... I am truly blessed, and I don't say crap like that usually!!!!!

    It's Monday!!!

    Here's a joyous memory from the weekend.

    The ball was HUGE, but the grass is very tall, too so it doesn't help w the perspective, but it still brings a smile to my face to remember -- and now to share.

    Marlegal I am so glad we came together for an unexpected special surprise! Those Kodak moments in our mind are the best......taking them out to enjoy when ever pleasantly leaving secret smiles on our faces!

    MUM so good to see the Beauty the earth has to offer shared through your's & dh's lenz!

    Faith it looks like your weekend held Splashes of Good Memories!!!! I bet that ball is almost as tall as me! LOL! We have one similar....it comes to my throat just about!

It's a joyous day for her that she isn't taking the Roller Coaster for another spin!

    I have no idea what kind of bird this is, but I thought

    he was kinda cute..

    I have a bandage on my finger from a cut and my typing is really hard

    anyhow, I will be watching my grandson for three days this week, and

    I am hoping I will get to take him to the real beach...we shall see

    Made some sweet progress today on my proverbial "list."

    The best news is that my yoga-instructor gal was truly amazed at the progress my body is making to her guidance.

    we just got home from a maine lobster dinner..it is a treat in S. Cal. to get

    the "good" kind of lobster..yummy, made me think of a New England Clam

    bake..,,on the beach...oh, the memories
