LIFE'S A BEACH!

Good morning all!! Shifting into a higher gear, when possible. So good to see our biker babes both checking in and pictures, too!!
Spar I love the line dance of babbbbbeez in their diapers. I think that's the image I have every night as I go off to sleep....... LOL
Footie: insurance and benefits seldom make sense to me...... perhaps you can rest for a bit and then get some spit and vinegar and go back to fighting for yourself. Persevere in spite of it all. Come here for hugs when you need them -- and go back at the fight. We're all here cheering for you.
Sahalie: always love your contributions, whether they come as words or images. Thanks for that book review of the mermaids. Is it nationally distributed? Thought maybe I could find it in time for my flight out to NH on Sun.
My sister's family from GA is traveling here (OH) for the iminant passing of her BIL due to cancer. This is the same family where my niece's life is in such turmoil. It will be great to see them, but the circumstances are so very sad. They were to have ventured this weekend to FL to tell my parents of my neice's storry -- so that has been postponed indefinately.
Must go stretch my back and then upstairs to my studio!!! I actually got off of square one yesterday. WHOOOOOOHOOOOOOOO.
Jasmine: a great big Friday hug to you. BTW: congrats on losing those 5 pounds. I'm so proud of you for making some noticeable progress!! I intend to follow in your footsteps.
Lisa: those liquid refreshments were spot on.
Margo: glad that your computer's functioning again. Mine is acting blinky. Too many emails!
Shrink: delighted on your delight.
Deborye, nEEsie, Susan, summer, Candie and anyone else reading along: happy Friday.

Goodmorning beach friends, just wanted to let you know i will be out of pocket these nest 3 days, spending today taking me mom for a drive and then picking up both grandkids for the weekend and spending the day at a water park where we are meeting friends we haven't seen in several years. I will be back on Sunday evening after taking grandkids home. Everyone have a great weekend.
-
Spar, have a wonderful time! Don't forget to use your sunscreen.
-
The say "HAPPY FRIDAY" and the wish is to YOU!
Lot's happening. Lot's going on it looks like.
Spar have a grand time with your family at the water park.
Wings that picture is gorgeous and looks very much like roads through our own
northern California.
What a fun time it must be to be on a free for all motorcycle with the breeze
of the trees and perfect views with peripheral vision.
Faith. The book should be in any bookstore. I know it's available on Amazon.
Have a good trip. A warm visit with your sister. I send my heart felt condolences
on the passing of your sister's brother in law. XOXO
May your back heal in record time.
Foots. So glad to know you are able to get out and about and still drive.
Life sure can be a bumpy road it's true.
We will put one foot in front of the next and insurance problemos better get
the heck outa the way. Good luck and keep up the good fight.
Amy. Hope your vacation was everything and more. Miss you on the Beach.
Celia. Hello and Hi.
Hello to All reading.

Whew. Lunch time. I had to come in and sit under the fan going warp speed.
I was deep watering some new trees and did some berry vine pruning and got really hot
so here I am.
I ventured to elsewhere and saw a notice. : (
So will PM Okay.
Uno Momento. Si Vue Playa del Ray.
Speaking of Ray. Did anyone watch the Food Network New Chef show last night?
I did and the four people left had to appear on R.Ray's show. That woman does not
close her mouth.
She really sabotaged a couple of the contestants chance to show what they can do.
The one girl with the dutch boy hair completely shut down mid presentation.
I'm sorry I just can't take RR.
The FNW show worked out anyway with three continuing
on to the finality show.
A first the judges claim.
Ok. Cooling Off. Whew.
-
Request to MotorBikeGals. Can I go?
Edited cuz sidecar was invisable.
-
Look. What fun thing I found.
I'm going to make these for teeny tiny holiday gifts for my kids and girlfriends.
These are so cute I just had to share.
Maybe you already know about these for have made them.
BUTTON ANGELS.
There are endless variations when making button angels.
Make smaller fairies with only 3-5 buttons.
Use paper flowers, fabric flowers, real flowers, or anything "round" as the "head".
Use flattened bottle caps to hold your face.
Use photos of people you know to personalize your angel.
Button Angel's don't "need" wings, but fly best with them.
You can use loops of wires as wings. Use paper for wings.
Use colored wire. Buttons come in many shapes, sizes, and colors.
Add ribbons wherever you wish.
Use your creativity and whatever you have in your current supplies to
create a personal button Angel.
Each button angel takes on a personality of their own.
*
Aren't they adorable!
Save extra and old buttons. In a Jar. A box. Save them.

Hmm...can't see those last pictures. I think there are places where you can buy a jar of buttons. You can also check out local flea markets. I love flea markets. They always have all kinds of cool bits and bobs.
I've also been looking for Christmas presents to make and have found something pretty good too but I can't share it with ya because its going to be in your Christmas stocking this year.
-
Hi Jazz.
You can't see the pictures in my last posts. That's no good.
That happens to me sometimes but when I go elsewhere and come back there they are.
Ohhhh stockings. Presents. I like the sound of that.
-
Okay, that is weird. I just posted and it seemed to go okay but it is not here now.
-
I can see the first pic but not the second now. BCO is having gremlins today it would seem.
-
That's weird. Gremlins hmmmm. I hear it happens.
I probably heated the place up with all my greetings to all.
What's the last picture you can see?
-
the blue/green angel
-
You are unable to see the blue green fishies underneath the Angel?
Hmmmmm. Maybe when you log out and back in again it will be there.
-
okay....logging out
-
Nope, now they are both gone again
Also, the sidecar pic is just a red x.
-
Oh weird...the angel is back now.
-
Oops
-
When that happens to me I go clear all my cookies and temp files. Clean house.
Then I can see what was once a red x. Maybe that would help.
I just did that to mine actually. Sometimes our computers need to burp. LOL
-
Weird...now the fish are there....spooooky!
-
Gremlins. Do we need the beach patrol fire squad?
-
where's the local ghostbuster?
-
Did you clear cookies and junk? Did your computer give out a big sigh of relief like mine does?
We need some fun on the beach Jazz. Iced Tea and some swimming would be so good.
-
I have a domestic goddess question. May I ask it.
-
I cleared the cookies but the fishes disappeared again. I don't know what is going on. Fun at the beach sounds good to me! I always have ice tea ready. Its the house wine of the south.
-
I'll go check the properties on the fishies and see if that helps. Wish the girls were here to
help with this.
My top secret question is. What do you use to keep your dishwasher smelling clean
and fresh?
Signed.
