Yes, today I have been practicing forgiveness.
It's one of the hardest things for me to do, but I have experienced the wonder of letting go, and I want more of that feeling. That difficult person is in my life for a reason, and I believe I will end up loving her dearly because of what she has caused me to learn. -
A misty morning does not signify a cloudy day.
_ Ancient proverb -
This one comes from someone on these boards, but I just love it and it has been my mantra for the past six months: "Put on your big girl panties and deal with it."
Today, I will practice putting on my big girl panties and dealing with it. -
Today I will avoid negative people and places (although if I should run into a negative person I will remember the weeds).
-
Final thought for final post on this thread since I seem to be alone here:
Today I will spend the whole day outside celebrating life. -
Your not alone here Anna. I love the thoughts you have left. It's like finding little pearls from you and others.
I'm starting to spend most of my time in Inspirations and Prayers. hmmmm... I guess that's a good thing.
Sherry, I don't know if are back or just changed your name back. I miss you. Debbyfive I miss you too.

Joining you Anna ~
"The grand essentials of happiness are: something to do, something to love, and something to hope for."

Carrie -
Man can live for about forty days without food,
and about three days without water,
and about eight minutes without air ...
but only for one second without hope.
--Hal Lindsey--
Hugs and God Bless,

Sierra, Thanks so much for the pretty card..
Too often we underestimate the power
Of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear,
An honest compliment, or the smallest act
Of caring, all of which have the potential
To turn a life around."
--Leo Buscaglia--
Hugs and God Bless,
Cherie -
I had to come back, and I found you. Yes, hope.
Today, I will practice praying. There is lots of need for prayer. I am full of love for all my sisters in need, and what I can indeed offer is prayer. I will carry that through the night. -
do not forget THAT BOX OF CHOCALATES(you just never know what your gonna get) SUSAN, i have missed you too!!!love, debbyfive

I am to become a Christ to my neighbor and need to be for him and her what Christ is for me. (Martin Luther)
-
There is in every true woman's heart a spark of heavenly fire, which lies dormant in the broad daylight of prosperity; but which kindles up, and beams and blazes in the dark hour of adversity.
-- -- Washington Irving -
Thank you, Pepper! Wonderful quote today! Pam
-
Why do birds sing in the morning? It is the triumphant shout: "We got through another night!"

My soul finds rest in God alone; my salvation comes from Him.-----Psalms 62:1

A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort. ~Herm Albright, quoted in Reader's Digest, June 1995

If a friend is in need, don't annoy them by asking if there is anything you can do. Think up something appropriate and do it.
I've had a terrible life, full of worries. And most of them never happened! (Billy Graham) -
Prayer is our declaration of dependence. (David Jeremiah)

Oh, the comfort
the inexpressible comfort
of feeling safe with a
person... having neither to weigh thoughts
nor measure words- but
pouring them all out
just as they are
chaff and grain together
certain that a faithful
hand will take and sift them, keep what is
worth keeping, and with a breath of kindness blow the rest away."
Dinah Maria (Mulock) Craik (1826-1887)
