I DO THINK WE NEED TO STOP AND THINK. ONE THING WE HAVE ALL BEEN PROUD OF IS THAT WE DONT HAVE INNER BICKERING IN THIS CIRCLE. SO LET US SHOW THE OTHER PEOPLE IN THIS SITE HOW GROWN UPS SOLVE THEIR PROBLEMS.

Good mo9rning Circle girls.
Happy Monday! Sorry for the ruckus last night. Its amazing what asking a simple question will do, heh?
Peter, sorry if that puts a bee up your britches but you'll just have to live with it I'm afraid. The only person throwing crap anywhere was the person refusing to answer the question.
Cheri and Gina -- I thank you so much for your support. You are very dear friends.
We got a nice little spring rain last night and its so much cooler this morning. It was so nice to sit out in the back this morning with a cup of coffee. But work beckons and its time to get moving.
Hope everyone has a fantabulous day
Hugs from Jasmine -- the best darn little crap thrower this side of the Mississippi. Who knows with a strong wind it might even reach Australia one of these days. LOL! -

what the hell is going on here. Ladies please!
This has been the week from hell, and now my cyber sisters are arguing?
I am off to the woods. I'll be back in a week. Pam you asked where? I haven't a clue. Pray the bugs and wild pigs don't eat me. I do hope to see all have made up when I get back. God how I hate camping. Damn I'm a good sister. -
Shirley...watch out for the ticks more than anything.

Good Morning EVERYONE!!!!!!!
This week is starting off gray and dreary - supposed to be that way all week even into the weekend. Reminds me to much of winter.
I haven't been on the board much the last while - I pop in when I have time or I just need to reconnect for whatever feelings/emotions that hit me OR just to say Hi to some friends. Many of you, I don't know well as you came after I stopped posting regularly. We each bring something to the table.
Once in this thread, I really snapped at Jasmine but I immediately apologized - I was out of line. I'm not sure if Jasmine remembers, but I do. I know Nicki and Gina well; it is just a big misunderstanding. For crying out loud, Gina is in the middle of chemo; Nicki is stressed to the limit at work and just dealing with all the emotional and physical stuff after chemo. Easy enough to have a misunderstanding. Nicki knows she is loved here AND respected. I don't really know Z that well but I loved to read her post. I'm with Jankay - I just thought she was overwhelmed with family members and dealing with her own struggles - I took her at her word, why wouldn't I???
That seemed to be reasonable to me. I don't know the other people involved - but this I do know, this is a good group of ladies and this thread deserves better than the events of the last two days. Everyone take a deep breath, put a smile on you face, and if you have a bone to pick, put it in a PM !!!!!!!!!!
Vicki, Gus, Jankay, Cheri, Odalys, Jasmine, Marsha, Peter, Margaret, Biker, Betty, Gina, Deb, Puppy, Nicki, Karen, Amy, Shirley. Susan, MB, Angel, Liz, Madison, Traci, SoCalLisa - all the OTHER WONDERFUL sisters(my pea brain is just that, a pea brain it only holds so many names ) - Good Morning - Love you guys!!! Thank you for letting me come and post, share my good and bad days, my joys and my sorrows.
I've got to head to work - anyone have more interesting things happening today??? I would love a wonderful vacation - did any of you answer BCO about the cruise?? I wish I had money for something like that but after three years of deductibles and copays - HAHA!!

LORD, THEY'RE FINALLY TOGETHER
She married and had 13 children. Her husband died.
She married again and had 7 more children. Again, her husband died.
But, she remarried and this time had 5 more children.
She finally died after having 25 children.
Standing before her coffin, the preacher prayed for her. He thanked
the Lord for this very loving woman and said, "Lord, they're finally
together."
One mourner leaned over and quietly asked her friend, "Do you think he
means her first, second or third husband?"
The friend replied, "I think he means her legs." -
Oh my! LOL!
-
I need HELP!!!! - what else is new but I really need your input here. I;m gonna put this in alternative thread also but lots of you that take supplements are here too.
On Friday I bought supplements Complete Omega 3,6,9. I am not allergic to seafood - can't take calcium made from oyster shell but otherwise I'm fine. Well, my face this morning is nothing but RED BLOTCHES - IT BURNS AND FEELS KIND OF DRY. Says no gluten, yeast, milk derivatives, artificial colors or flavors. This is all that I have changed - any ideas - PLEASE!!!!
Brenda -
OK someone pass me a HUGE cup of coffee . and..oh about a thousand aspirins please!!!
This fat old broad tried to party like it was 1999 and now Im paying for it but Shoot Howdy did we have a blast! I laughed so hard my stomach still hurts this morning.
I have no huge words of wisdom for the strife going on. I WILL say that I feel many problems and hurt feelings are because the written word is SOOOO hard to put tone into. People read things in ways they are not meant and take offense. I know I have done that.
SO my hungover sweaty self is sending ALL of you darlings a big old smooch. And Im hold three fingers up in the air promising that I will not drink (much) tonight .LOL

Nan...what brand? Is this a well known brand? Do they have a hotline number to call?
-
Nan-
Call you regular doc. I have been told that if you have a reaction to something you have eaten that drinking extra water will help your body "flush out" the junk. If it is truly an alergic reaction some benadryl might help, but I would get in touch with your doc. The pills and the rash might be totally unrelated....
Hope you figure it out
Yikes

Holy Crap...............there is a HUGE snake half in my garage and half out of my garage...............I shut the door on it.....................shit man.........I'm now a prisoner in my own home!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
DH is at work......doesn't believe it's HUGE and doesn't believe me that it is a RATTLE snake! He says to open the door an inch and shoo it out with a broom.........I say the man must be smokin crack...cuz I ain't shooing nothing out with a broom!
Stay tuned....
Hugs,
Denise -
Okay, the pic is a bit shakey cuz the handler was shaking....taken from the porch...........
-
Yes, it is Nordic Naturals. Someone had a link of "pure vitamins" when checked and this one was on their list. If I take a Benadry - can't work - but I've got to have it. It isn't just one red blotch - they are everywhere on my face.
They do have a customer service number - will try PC and this number and see what I can find out. It has to be these supplements - nothing else I've eaten that is different, haven't changed soaps or other meds.
Thanks - keep you posted. -
The only thing I would be using is a hoe...to cut it in half from the TAIL side of the door!!! Broom my ass!!! Kill it quick! And remember the head can still bite when it is dead....don't get close!
Deb -
Holy Moley Denise, you just scared the everlivin' out of me!! I HATE snakes - I have had copperheads on my front porch, along with black snakes stretched out on the back of a rocking chair.
I KNOW how you feel. If hubby not home, I call neighbors until I find someone OR have to get a hoe and try it myself. HOWEVER, these are "little" snakes that I go after - NEVER one this size!!!!! Good luck. Oh, my!! -
Alternative plan....Get in the car, hit the door opening button and drive back over the snake....Might work!! ANd you would be in the car and the snake wouldn't be!
-
ok no time to read back, and no desire to...so moving on...today is very busy and I just want you all to know I think and pray for all of you...
Peter thanks for the post on Pinkstock...lol...video conferencing...hmmm..don't think my dial up will handle that...loll...
hugs and prayers ....MB...
PS Denise...don't bring that snake with you...my DH will freak, he hates snakes and will use the backhoe to chase it down......lol... -
Denise...do not let it go. I bet it has friends. I would get a hoe. Or you could call animal control.
-
Denise-good idea about the car but if it crawls away you dont know where it went and me personnally would want to know where the snake is located. Hmm,, I saw grab the hoe and go for it missy. I must say you were awful good getting it trapped with the garage door. Do you have a close neighbor?
Amy -
Okay.......6 Xanax later.........the snake is, shall we say "confined!"
DH assures me that it is a Garter? Gardner? Snake......seeing that we live in MI. I, on the other hand, assure DH that a Snake is A Snake no matter where you live!
Deb: Yea right.....grab a hoe.......need you forget, you are in Michigan now and I just might haul your assie over here to hoe it in half!!
Naniam: On the back of a chair.......I'd be so gone!
Jasmine: Thanks for the upper........."I bet he has friends!"
Deb and Amy: Have you seen me drive????????? I'd probably take half the house off trying to aim at the sucker!!
No shooing.........want to know where the thing is. Okay, looked out front door and it was all curled up in the sun.(minus the tail that was on other side of door)...I took a 5 gallon bucket and ran outside (in my bright green kermit color robe).......oh crap...snakes eat frogs!.....anyhow, ran out the front door and hesitantly put the bucket over the snake. Ran back inside to open the garage door and realized the bucket was in the way of the door. Took the broom and pushed the bucket away a bit and the damn tail came out again. No close neighbors........thank god...they'd have me hauled off! Anyhow, there is now a 5 gallon bucket with a case of ceramic tiles sitting on top of it, right outside my garage! Dang I'm good!!!!
It's 11:00a on my day off. Haven't showered, made the bed, unloaded the dishwasher or anything else...........Me thinks I had better get moving!
Hugs,
Denise -
I have never laughed so hard in my life!
YOU ARE A RIOT DENISE!!! -
Good morning cg's..........first of all let me just say WTH?........second of all let me say WTH???????......ok now with that said I had now idea that a tornado could actually go through the circle......oh geez......brb....
-
Denise, you are so gooood!!!!! Snakes eat frogs - you were one leaping woman dressed in green that's for sure.
One question - the bucket is out of the way that you can get the car out, right?
I drove in the basement one day and there was a black snake moving across the basement floor. Oh my God!! Had my 22 month old grandson at that time with me and let me tell you he understood perfectly when I said "Stay here, DO NOT MOVE!!!). I got the hoe and was terrified when that little black snake started moving towards me. I think I chopped it into several pieces but I was so freaked, I got my grandson and myself back in the car and made a neighbor come make sure it was dead, get it out of the garage (I wouldn't walk across or around it) and then they had to check upstairs to make sure one wasn't sliding across the floors there. My husband thought I was just being stupid - yeah right - whatEVER. I plugged every hole I could find in the basement (they came in at the garage door and would shed their skins) - I about left my husband over that.
Denise, I HATE snakes. We're sisters for sure!!! Has your heart rate settled down yet????
