Pam, I had a flat the other day. They fix them totally different now. They don't take them off the rim anymore- they just jam this stuff that looks like beef jerky into it!
Good advice for our traveling wildberries though!
I hope you get some sleep! -
NS -- do you have those new type of tires that the rubber part is really thin though? or do you still have the regular ones?
-
I have the regular ones. I think you are thinking about those "run flat" tires.

For everyone going to Pinkstock:
On the road again
Just can't wait to get on the road again
The life I love is makin' music with my friends
And I can't wait to get on the road again
On the road again
Goin' places that I've never been
Seein' things that I may never see again,
And I can't wait to get on the road again.
On the road again
Like a band of gypsies we go down the highway
We're the best of friends
Insisting that the world be turnin' our way
And our way
Is on the road again
Just can't wait to get on the road again
The life I love is makin' music with my friends
And I can't wait to get on the road again
On the road again
Like a band of gypsies we go down the highway
We're the best of friends
Insisting that the world be turnin' our way
And our way
Is on the road again
Just can't wait to get on the road again
The life I love is makin' music with my friends
And I can't wait to get on the road again
And I can't wait to get on the road again
BE SAFE AND HAVE FUN!!!!! -
Just for you Gina. Now don't you melt too quickly....make it last.
Here's a picture of me and my daughter, taken in December at my oldest daughter's wedding. -
Gina I am amazed that you'd even heard that country song! Gosh, I wish I was going, all the excitement and I hope the ones that do get to go have a wonderful time. Bring pics and videos.

Go Willie Nelson---
Cheri,I can see Willie in his RV singing that song right now!
LOL Love that one!
----------
Iris -
Yeah, I do miss Willie Nelson. I guess he's in retirement now.
-
Maybe he will swing by in his RV for me,Jasmine! I could sure use a trip "On The Road Again" and he could play any songs he wants to play. I'm not a big fan of all country music;his I am. Guess he's still got that RV?
Take care!
Iris -
I was always more of a Waylan fan. They were the outlaws back in the day. I remember I had a t-shirt that said 'Ladies love outlaws'. As the years flew by I remember another t-shirt but it said "Mothers of teenagers understand why animals eat their young." Times they are a changin'
pals,
cheri
-
Maybe he'll bring Julio along with him!
-
Now,Julio--we are talking! I like to hear him. To all the girls....he reminds me of some of those singers from the past.
I like Enrique as well--a little young;nice voice.
Cheri, what were some of Waylon's big hits? I know there were lots and my brain is stuck now! I know...what brain???
--------
Iris -
LOL I remember seeing Julio on the Johnny Carson show and Johnny was dressed like Willie Nelson with the red long braids, the works and he and Julio sang 'to all the girls' in a duet. I thought I'd laught myself silly.
Gee, I miss Johnny. -
Yeah, loved those Johnny Carson shows...many a night I spent watching. I always hoped he would come back and do a follow-up. Guess he had retired and that was his time as he had sure earned it. Still, those were some great shows...still see him doing those Kosmo(sp?) with the magic ball.
----------
Iris -
I just noticed your question about the hits that Waylan had. Hummm. All I could think of were hits of Willies....maybe I did like him better hahahaha
They have a set of Johnnys best shows on dvd or vhs that I would love to have. His last show was unforgettable, how could he miss with Bette Midlere and Robin Williams?? lol -
Blue you and your daughter are absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!!
Thanks for sharing that great pic!
(and for Jim )
Iris I was a big Waylon fan myself too. "Luckenback Texas" was one of his hits..."the only two things in life that make it worth livin, is a guitar strummin and firm feelin women, now I don't want my name in the marquis lights, I've got my song and I got you with me tonight. Maybe it's time we got back to the basics of love, let's go to Luckenback Texas..."
Cheri, you would be surprised at just how much country I own!
I am hitting the hay- good night sweet thangs!
Love,g -
nite Gina. I would love to have the Johnny Carson dvd's too.
-
Good night,Gina! Hope your Monday is less crazy than your Sun! Tell that little Mustang hi for me if you haven't returned it.
I always wanted this 1965 baby blue one. It was awesome--so was the price!
I had to cheat and use Google--it was the theme from Dukes of Hazzard! It makes me so ill that I can't rememb that stuff.
Cheri,I have Bette Middler singing "It's A Quarter to Three" at the last Johnny Carson show. I love that! I would like to have those tapes myself. One day...

Sigh .. too tired to post anything intelligent so hopefully my pictures speak for me. So sad today. -
Good morning all,
Full moon? the tides? Sun spots? Who knows. I hate what I'm witnessing here.
I spent over one hour on the phone last night with my board chair. My complaint about the treatment I received by my boss will be glossed over. The conflict resolution form I was given to fill out is inappropriate for the situation. It was not a workplace conflict. It was a workplace attack. I'm still weighing my options. I have also put in four applications for jobs. and I'm going to be discussing the attack with my onc when I see her on the 16th. The stress (read shakes, headaches, the runs, etc.) is just not something I need while trying to stay healthy.
Gina, I'm so glad to see you posting more. I've sure missed you.
Peter, my brother, also glad to see you back.
I always hate to do the A to Z thing, because I feel like I'm not acknowledging everyone. I read all the posts, but just can't respond one on one like other people can. When I do respond one on one, then I feel like I'm slighting someone. Life is too short and precious to feel this way in a place that is supposed to be supportive.
To everyone, I love you and am honored that you are a part of my life. And yeah, I'm green with jealously that I can't get to Pinkstock. I expect all kinds of pictures and stories.
Love and hugs,
Betty -
Good morning all,
I have spent the past 15 minutes reading through last nights posts and don't have time left to post this morning but I will catch up later.
I'm sad...very very sad. This whole thing is, in my opinion, nothing more than a bunch of misunderstandings. All I can say is this wagon circle is my family. Each and every one of you. I have Nathaniel and my sister (who I hear from maybe once or twice a month)...my dd Sarah who is so far away. No one to talk to, no one to help, no one who cares, no one who "gets it". I love you all from Amy to Z. I exclude no one and never would unless they were to personally attack me or someone without reason. Even then, I am just naturally a forgiving person who can overlook a lot and I like being that person.
Please can we go back and erase yesterday...I miss our happiness.
Nicki...need you to tweak my toes. I don't know what's going on but I know you are working way to hard...I also know that Gina would never hurt your feelings.
Eachday...I love your inspiring posts. Don't know what happened with you and Jasmine...Jasmine is very dear to me...I just know that no one should leave.
awww hell....gotta get ready for work
I love you all.
