You All!!
Good Morning,
I have really missed you all...I have not posted much, but I have been doing pretty good...This chemo has really worn me down.. I have been on it since January of this year and I am so hoping for a break..
I was supposed to get chemo a week and a half ago, but onc decided he wanted to do a Pet/Ct scan and see what is going on..I went Thursday and had the scan and I go today to find out the results...So please keep me in your prayers for good results...
I enjoyed this week and a half without chemo so much..Yesterday on my way to church I was thinking of all the blessing I have had this week without the chemo...My son and his family came up and spent the last weekend with me and of course I enjoyed that so much..Grandkids have a way of making our aches and pains go away or at least not as noticeable.. The weather has been beautiful, our leaves on our trees are turning here and they are so pretty...It has been in the 60's and 70's this past week..Saturday we had our harvest festival at the church and I was able to go to it for a few hours, and yesterday we had our fifth Sunday singing at the church with dinner afterwards and I was able to go to that too..
So I have really been talking to myself and reminding myself of all the blessing I have had with my extra week without chemo...Whatever results I have(which I pray will be good), I am still thankful for the past week..
I guess I need to go and get up from here to get ready..Thank you all, for always being there..
Please can you keep my husband in your prayers, he has been in alot of pain lately and had a mri done..It looks like he may have a bulging disc or a ruptured disc..He goes Thursday to find out his results..We have been a pair lately..
Sending Big Hugs and Lots of Prayers to all of you...
Hugs and God Bless,
Cherie
Oh, yes I have hair again and I have been going with out my hat, even to church...It is about 1 inch long...A little grayer though, but I will take it.. -
Cheri, Please know My Prayers go with You!!! and May God Touch Your poor Husband, and Heal Him!!! Sooooooo, Happy You, have been able to Enjoy, Praying You, Will Alway's Feel this Way!! debbyfive
