Good Morning Ladies,

I am sorry I have not posted sooner...I have been under the weather with the chemo I had Thursday, plus I have had company...My sister from Wisconsin was here and my mother has been here with me taking care of me too..Thank goodness for our mammas...Here is a pic of us..
Cherie(Boop), Mom, Sis
I had my ct scan Thursday and was told it looked good...Praise The Lord...They did CA15-3 test but I have not got the results of that yet...Hopefully it will be going down...I was told I was stable and I tell you I have learned to appreciate the word stable.
Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers...You all are in my thoughts and prayers too...Sending ((hugs))..
Hugs and God Bless,
Cherie -

Hi Ladies,
Well, I am home alone again..My sister left Sunday and Mom left this morning..I am doing fairly well...Get tired real easy though..And my fingernails hurt..I hope that does not mean I am going to lose some..I go to the clinic tomorrow for bloodwork so I will ask my research nurse about them..
It is a beautiful day here, I may have to get out and sit on my front steps for awhile..My yard is full of birds..I love spring..
Hugs and God Bless,
Cherie

Good Morning Patti and all you wonderful ladies,
Patti, I wish the sun was shining, but it is warm and I have my windows open...The grass was mowed yesterday and as you know there is nothing that smells as good as freshly mown grass..
I am feeling a little better..Gosh this chemo has been so hard on me this time...I had a rough week last week..I went to the clinic Thursday and had bloodwork done and of course all my blood counts were way down..I am taking neupogen shots again and hopefully they are helping..I had to start a antibiotic again too...My red counts are only about 1 point above where they would give me a blood transfusion so that is really making me tired..I go back to the clinic tomorrow for more bloodwork so hopefully my counts are on the rise again...Also they took me off the xeloda again Thursday too...
Thanks for that beautiful site, it brought tears to my eyes this morning, but they were good tears..
I am going right now to check out the moving beyond board, and as you know I love to garden...
I hope you all have a beautiful day...Sending (((hugs))) and prayers...
Hugs and God Bless,.

Good Afternoon,
Well, I went yesterday and had my bloodwork done..White counts were up but my red counts were down more. They sent me over to the hospital and I recieved to units of blood and I do feel alot better today. It was long tiring day yesterday but today is beautiful..It is 70 degrees and not a cloud in the sky...I just love the spring..
I did get some bad news yesterday..I got the results of my CA15-3 and it has gone up again..I have been doing my best not to be too upset..I see my onc next week so I will find out if we will do anything different or just keep a check on my tumor markers more often..Please keep me in your prayers...
I talked to MarshaB today and she has been a little down in the dumps too...This chemo is so hard on us as you all know..Please keep both of us in your prayers for the strength to do what we need to do...Sometimes it is so hard..
I think I am going to go outside and catch some of this beautiful sunshine..I hope you all have a wonderful day..Sending big (((hugs))) and prayers..

Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers...I talked to Marsha over the weekend and she was feeling a little better too.. We sometimes have to work hard at keeping our spirits up...
I go back to the onc this Thursday, hopefully for chemo..I will talk to him about my tumor markers and see if we are going to change anything...I hope we won't right now..I hope we will recheck again in a few weeks and see how they are doing..
I am looking forward to this weekend..I am having my family come in for Easter..My sis and her family, brother and his family, Mom and Dad, and of course my son, daughter-in-law, and my two wonderful grandkids...I am excited...I hope I don't feel too bad after my chemo..The weather is supposed to be beautiful...
Wishing you all a beautiful Monday..Sending (((hugs))) and prayers...

Ladies, I need you to please keep me in your prayers..I see the onc tomorrow...I am a little worried..I have been having alot of pain in my back and knees..It really hurts to walk, even when I take my pain meds...I hope and pray that doesn't mean I am not responding to the chemo..
My sister comes tonight and I am so looking forward to it..Parents come tomorrow..I can't believe it is almost Easter alredy...It just seems like a few weeks ago it was Christmas..
I got out and planted some flowers in some pots this morning and it felt so good...I planted some zinnias and petunias..They look so pretty...
Hope you all have a wonderful day...Sending hugs and prayers...

Good Morning Ladies,
Well I saw my onc yesterday, and he was not happy with the extra pain I have been having and the results of my CA15-3.
He did not give me chemo, I go back Tuesday and I am going to have Pet/Ct scan to see what is going on..He said he did not want to give me the chemo if it is not working..So please keep me in your prayers..
For good news my family is slowing coming in and I am so enjoying them..My sister and her family is here and my parents got here yesterday..My brother comes in today and my son and his family come tomorrow, so I have a houseful and I love it...
Thank you so much for all your thoughts and prayers and I hope each one of you have a Blessed Easter...One good thing to come out of all this is I will get to go to church Sunday since I did not get chemo.. Sending hugs and prayers...
