Hi everyone , I just watched one of my favorite movies , Steelmagnolias. I love that movie.
Sue so glad you got so much rest. Shepards pie , yummm. I think I'll do the chicken and rice thing.
In the beginning of bootface , I would say why. Now I just think , please don't ever come back! Its hard. I haven't got to the point yet , but hope I will , that I can be happy without the little nagging fear in the back of my mind saying It might be back , so don't be so happy. I know , weird.

in another thread ..some ladies tried that crystalized ginger and it made them feel really better..they bought it on net..
they send me the link but it didnt work with me..am a real loser in these things..
i was looking for it in all malls and shops here but no luck..i wanted to try it first so i can save u all the time ,,and tell u the results if it was good
..can anyone get me some...am in my days out of steroids and my arm started to kill me this afternoon///

Ulla , can you get the fresh ginger root at the grocery store? Some people put a sliver of it in their tea. You can grate it in rice , chicken , lots of meals. I think Sue gave you a link for cooking with it.

Ulla cystalised is sugary ... I do not really like ginger ...bit too strong...but I guess it wont be as bad added when cooking xxx Ginger ale is nice.... I wonder if there is anything else we can take for our arm xxx

i dont like it too..
it confuses me ..is it spice??is it tea??is it candy??
i dont know..
the only form thati used to find easily here is the fresh root in grosarires..
i didnt like its taste wen i boiled it and tried to drink it with honey
,,,i hoped that the crystalliezed will be better in taste as some candies...
but felt bad about the added sugar...
am lost with that .,grrrrrrrrrrhhhhhhhhhhh

Ulla I tried it for morning sickness...I hated it... made me sick...and was strong and sweet ...very odd...yes like candy....but I can order you some now.. if you pm me your home address ...and get it sent to you...it will be quicker ...
I am also going to look into alternatives...I really cant take loads of painkillers every day.... etc....maybe the chemo makes it worse ...I suspect so...all my right side is numb inflammed painful etc....xxx
