Miss Felix is very jealous of Louie. He ignores her.
-
ShetlandPony, now that my idea of heaven!

Hi, Cat ladies. Just a little cat story. Last night while we were sitting by the pool, Midnight Louie went into house panther mode. He pulled a big frog out of the pool and happily brought it to Cat Daddy. We were able to recuse the frog. He did not harm it. Luckily it was not a poison toad. (We do have those down here)
-
Good morning, cat ladies.
-
In my mind, I hear your cat saying "wait, how did I get here??"
-
petite1 that pic is so cute! Kitty looks like a propped upstuffed animal! Love it.
-
-
Isn't that the truth?

Oh yes. My darling, loving, beautiful Alannah is currently spectacularly loving at 3.30 a.m. in the morning in summertime when it is light in this part of the world, all the birds are up, and she feels it is a good time for First Breakfast. My DH and I take turns at getting up and doing First Breakfast as there will be no peace, she just walks back and forward over us purring and purring. Don't really mind as I do get back to sleep, the house is bright enough to not have to turn on any lights while doing it. Second Breakfast is served around 7 or 8 and whoever didn't do First Breakfast gets to do that, and bring coffee in bed to the other person, so its pretty fair. Alannah is the first Hobbit cat we have had who does this early morning thing. Elliott looks at us from the chair he likes to sleep on saying "what on earth are you getting up for?" and "Do I really want breakfast now?....oh well since you're serving I suppose I'll partake"

Good morning, Cat Ladies.
Spookiesmom, Love the eyes in that pic
-
Feline, We have the same too early morning light. We've started wearing eye masks but it doesn't shut up the crows.
-
FF love that Alannah demands two breakfasts haha
-
Petite that is one cute kitty. Love those white paws

My Nadia is a wee hours wakeup kitty. Her sister sleeps in. She likes to snuggle, so generally in wee hours I can get her to go back to sleep by snuggling. First light, she's ready for action. She loves immediate food as well.
My kitties meow intensely at me, when hungry. When playful, they trill; when trying to attract my attention, I get little sad plaintive mews. they are very talkative, which I love.
-
Good morning, Cat lovers. Usually it is Miss Felix that demands breakfast at first light, but today it was Midnight Louie. He has a tiny meow and not as vocal as Miss Felix. I get of bed to fed him and discover he had previously been fed. He had 2 breakfasts. Everyone is taking a post breakfast nap.
-
This is dear Oliver! While he is demanding in some regards, he is fairly accommodating about first breakfast and usually doesn’t try to wake us until 6 am . Some days he even likes to sleep in! He does have one consistent demand in summer which is that we open the window for him when we wake up in the morning. Funny boy!
-
Ducky your Oliver is a handsome boy! And all we cat owners just simply exist to serve haha

I don't post often here but I read this forum every day. One of the cats that I have taken care died yesterday. Her name was Kiskca and she was very special and I took care of her every weekend a lot of the weekends during the last several years. I wanted to post a few pictures of her as I know it will help me move on.

-
Gorgeous cat and sorry for your loss. They do leave footprints on our heart.
-
She was beautiful, and obviously loved. What a ladylike posture and such a pretty coat. It' so sad to lose a kitty! (((hugs)))
-
Cowgirl, I'm so sorry for your loss. She's beautiful and it's great to have photos to remember her by. She looks so much like the cat I grew up with!
-
Her tail is magnificent! Well really all of her fur is, but I bet when she strutted the way cats sometimes do, that tail was a boss tail!
-
Cowgirl I am so sorry you have lost her. She is such a pretty girl. Love that pic of her cuddling next to you looking up with those beautiful green eyes.
-
RIP Most beautiful Kisca.
