Cats, cats, cats
a thread for crazy cat ladies! I thought maybe just pics of your own cats, and if there's not enough then just any old cat you can find!
I have 8. Technically only 5 are mine, the others think they live here. Mostly because I feed them with everybody else and they never seem to leave!

Panthrah, How big is Binx? We had a cat like that at the shelter recently. Hard to tell if they're really big or just really furry. Gorgeous cat.
-
He is 12 lbs ..big for his breed. also its very tall which also makes him very long!
-
This is Percy Cat who likes to get into everything. Hasn't quite figured how to put the back pack on correctly tho....
-
Meet Henry and Oreo. 16 years ago they were cell mates at the Humane Society. Then they adopted us, and have been living a purr-fect life ever since!

Introducing Squeakers, named for his non-meow.
-
Wow great thread Smaarty! So many beautiful cats!
This is Arthur
You wouldn't believe how camera shy he is, you have to catch him unawares, the minute he spots the camera lens he will look away or move off. I have to use a long lens to get him face-on, so he doesn't know I am photographing him
-
Just had to scroll back up and look at all those beautiful cats all over again.
-
FF, that first shot looked like he posed for you. I have one that looks a lot like Arthur. His name is Grim (I didn't name him, he came from my daughter) . He's not allowed in the house because he pees everywhere!
Here's Tinker. He's 4. He's turning out to be an expensive cat. He had the bladder stones last January.
This is Riley, she's 7. These are the indoors cats
This is Parker II, almost 3. Youngest of the bunch. She was very friendly towards me until I had my bmx. Then she became my GS best friend. Since he has moved out, she likes me again. Fickle feline.
-
That first photo of Arthur was taken with a 250mm lens so I was the other side of the garden - it's like getting a shot of a bird from one of those "hides" that bird watchers use
ideal gear for photographing Arthur:

I have fostered many cats. One of the requirements is to post them on Petfinder with a photo and write up. I have taken tons of photos of the rear end of cats. Once they see the camera, they're out of there. We have a few photographers who will do home visits to get photos of black cats. Squeakers photo was taken by my niece, who could be professional if she wanted.

Hello cat ladies! Here is my boy Dusty. He is overly affectionate.
-
I moved in with my boyfriend 3 weeks ago and he has 2 cats that are sisters. Here is the bigger one!, Lia I think she weighs 20 pounds. We try to limit her food but she is still huge.
-
She looks like my DDs cat with a big tummy hanging down.
-
Hi,
I am new here, but here are my kitties!
Mister, Misty, and Charlotte! All rescues!
-
Taking a time out from birding!
Hi,
Teka is our spayed 6 year old maine coon cat.
Daughter chose the name "Teka" which means "angel of death" before I was Dx with BC.
She's more on the small side but dwarfs other cats.
Loves to play fetch but not a lap kitty.
But content being an indoor cat.
BBL ;o)
-
My first cat, a calico, loved playing fetch.
-
Dusty my rag doll. This is how he sleeps. And he has a heart on his tummy :
-
we think he's part dog - our dog-cat

Here's the fearsome threesome, Max, Moxie and Mozie, helping us on the computers
-
This is Moxie (we lost her a year ago) keeping herself fresh in Tupperware
