Grateful that there are lots of affordable restaurants where I live and that good vegetables can be found in some of them
-
grateful for modern convenience of an inside bathroom. Can't imagine using an outhouse with this crazy vomiting and big D I got going on. Oh the inside bathroom rug is so warm and comfy.
-
Yikes, Patty, hope you feel better soon! Grateful for safe, uneventful flights and to be sitting in my sisters living room, drinking a cup of coffee and having some quiet time while I am waiting for everyone else to wake up
-
Yay! Ruth made it safe and sound. What time zone are you in now, people are still in bed?
Patty, that sucks! Is the bathroom rug being used for quality lay down time? I've done that.
Today I am grateful that the snow has stopped and the roads are improving.
-

Grateful for today's agenda of golf for the men, shopping for the ladies, and a barbecue with some friends from previous visits over the years.

12/5: have to post this quick before I faint. Grateful DD sent me text last night she would be here first thing today to spend some quiet time here to start studying for finals. Just who is this person that looks like my daughter? She got here at 6:45, made her breakfast and she thanked me, a hug too! Someone pick me up off the floor. Not that I'm counting, 6th time I've seen her since the beginning of November
-
12/5- grateful for the end of a busy week, my personal training session today and some fun things going on this weekend.
Red- congrats on your implementation being done. I know your pain there as we have talked about. Onward and upward!

Grateful for good follow up on foot surgery. All healing well. Onco - no skating for me. Still in boot until at least the first of the year and then on to PT. Doc almost chocked when I asked when I could go back to zumba (just joking with him)

Grateful that I will get to see my nephew today
Nel, here is a story for you. Many years ago my (story telling) uncle got his hands severely burned in a fire. While the doctor was wrapping them, my uncle asked, in a very serious voice, if once his treatments were done, would he be able to play the piano. The doctor assured him that, indeed, he would be able to. 'That is fantastic,' replied my uncle, 'I was never able to play the piano before!
-
12/6- grateful for a perfect day starting with playing jazz with friends in the morning, and a restorative yoga workshop in the afternoon. I am blessed!
