INSOMNIACS place to talk in the wee hours

By the way... I heard through the grape-vine that Lilshit, (Ziggers) has been seen hanging around with that Vinnie! THAT explains it all! Hah!
Cammi, I'm so happy you are happy! Sometimes you just crack me up!..........Like when I read what you say, I just can't help laughing out loud!
You have your little Joey & Katie-Kat, just like I have my youngest Daughter, and I enjoy watching those little Shirley Temple movies with her!
I'm waiting until this afternoon to call my PITA neighbor... I called her last night, but her Son was still with her, so I told her I would call her back today.... She said she was feeling just okay... THAT means she will surely be in the same situation this morning! I just wish they would do SOMEthing fast, because running her back & forth to the Docs, beauty shop, shopping, and to see her DH, hasn't helped her dizziness!
She is worse in the mornings, than the rest of the day...Maybe I am losing patience, because I read that some of my friends here, are going through a HELL of a time, and I'm thinking a lot of her problem is mental......
-

Cami - glad u r enjoying time with Joey. How old is he ?

Good Morning!
Group Hug for the day!
Chevy Zig and Vinnie are prolly in her flower garden planting some of those orchids!!
-
Morning owls. Up early. I got a call from Vinnie office yesterday, they're starting to plan there CA trip. Told them to take me off the list since I have to have the girls replaced. Oh well, I'll try next year. Been busy helping my SIL clean out her 85 yr old friends apartment. Worse than a pack rat, not quite as bad as a hoarder. He's never clean the apartment in the 7 years he lived there. Really gross! Been packing up stuff this week and will probably take all month to finish. I won't let her do it by herself, she no spring chicken either, 71, so I'll be busy this month. I'll check in when I can.
-
OH Smaarty, I thought things were going OK with the new Girls. I'm sorry to hear they need replacing. If you said why I missed it. Do you mind telling me what happened? And that apartment sounds awful! I have a friend I have helped move several times and that was just so nasty I can't even begin to describe. Last time she moved I was in chemo and I SO used that card!! So I feel your pain!! It is nice of you to help so your SIL isn't in it alone.
And for FBB, Tang and the others that are struggling right now, this is my motto my kids are way sick of hearing! I hope you can find at least one bright spot each day to help get you through!
-
Smarty, I am so sorry! Didn't know you were having that much trouble! When is this going to happen.... ??? You can ALways go see Vinnie, whenever you are ready.... that is unless is he still off in Lilshits orchid garden.... Those 2 are just Trubble!
Yes 4444444! Just keep on keepin' on!
-
they're dropping and moving to the armpits. They're uncomfortable and I'm shooting for sept, oct for the redo. Got to run. BBL
-
SOMEone should be able to help you? Just call me and Cammi.... we will oversee this whole situation!
-
-
What has happened to the SassyPants? Missing you. Hope you're busy at something good and not in pain/dizzy etc.
Cami - Glad your son in law is doing better. Happy times with Joey. I so understand your worrying about your HS friend. I have a bit of premonition, my mom had some too. It's not the scary kind but I know when I have an antsy type day something is probably about to happen. Maybe not personally but something I prolly would rather not see or have happen. Anyone else know how to get hold of her? Maybe ask your sisters if they have any contacts left from school? Does your HS have a facebook page? Or a HS reunion page? It is that time of year they are freq. held.
Blessings - hope you are resting well? Any progress with doc on MRI/CT scan?
Cute video JWoo. Be more Dog! (You have to watch it to understand)
-
DEFINITELY LETS HEAR IT FOR DOGS!!!!!!
-
JWOO, that is funny I defenetly feel I am a cat this days lol
-
JWoo, Loved it!
And I'm definitely a cat person (or crazy) as I just took over a litter of 5 bottle babies. I think they'll be eating food soon, however. DH was totally sweet and got up with me at 3:30am to help feed. The woman I took them from had 9. The other four were only 2 weeks old and very frail.
-
Great Video JWow!
-
OMG Wren u took all those babies, wow u re so sweet, puppy's and kittens are so so cute.
Smaarty I didn't know either about u'r foobs, I'm hearing more and more of this lately WTF u count a a PS and have trouble after. I'm sorry.
And now I forgot who's helping their friend with moving, Oh that is so awful to do and when it's a mess it's worse, U'r kindhearted, cuz I would never do that now. When we moved here a bunch of my kids friends helped we had mover but they were waiting here and by the end of the day everything was set up-Amazing and all they had to do was have pizza and beer hahaha
-
Smarthy that is such great gesture to your friend but pls be careful do not lift any heavy stuff. When are you having the exchange? I am now waiting till end of August.
Last night you all won't believe but I saw a white and blue owl in my dreams and I said Holly I need to tell the ladies at the insomnia tread about you. Ha ha ha o lord my brain is fry lol and I went to sleep around 1 am took some new natural pills it did help lol
-
Enerva most of our brains are going to mush and u'r is for the the birds. Good that u slept tho.
-
jwoo-loved the video...shared it on FB -
Oh no Enerva! You having implant problems too? What in the world is going on for all of us!
-
Going to connect my new Dell in the morning! Wish me luck !
-
Chevy Good Luck will u be back by Christmas????
4444 That's what I've been saying about implants I honestly thought u get them and that's it. Of course sometimes different things happen but u and I know some of the same people and everyone seems to have a problem with them---I don't understand.
-
4sewhat, at the time of my exchange in Dec 2013, I was so happy to finally get implants n get rid of the horrible TE. But as things settle down my results were not great not only the look or feel but the burning and pain I still have due to the pocket work and type of implants my ps used. So once I realized ps used something we had not agreed on I decided to find a new Ps. After waiting months thinking it could just need more time then my right side where I had rad started to change and I know have capsule contraction too. So I ask my onco and she had a look n say," what happen? " there I saw light 💡 cuz it made me feel as if I was not crazy. She then refered me to another Ps n sent an email asking him to help. So there's am in for another exchange . I think that implants are a simple fix the key is been able to be part of the decision .I now think if I ever come cross some extra funds I ll do something to race my voice n make people aware of how we bc survivor have to go through so much in order to meet the right ps.
sorry I am still piss I guess I need to vent a little lol
The good thing is that due to my experience I was able to fight with my sister s ps and she did get what seams to be the right implants, so far so good for her. We are praying there ll be no need for rad, for her now. Back home there was not access to TE so she has the implants.if she needs rad that could complicate the situation in the sense that she may need to replace them once again in a year. When u get rad, most likely you get capsule contraction 50% chance.
-
Chevy, good luck with new Dell. JWoo great video! ♥ to all
-
enerva and 4sew, the right side started dropping back in May, and with the weight loss it has made it worse. So probably September they will get fixed. Pocket work and a sling. I'm waiting until I'm back on food and my weight has stabilized. I like my ps very much and he will fix it. He says they aren't dropping but my skin is still stretching. Oh well.
We got more packed up today, but ran out of boxes. A big load will be put in storage tomorrow so we will have room to pack more and finish packing. He had over 5000 DVDs and 3000 CDs. A ton of books. Yikes. We have to have it all done before August 1.

TBT:
I tried to post this last week but it didn't take. My sister and me, about 1959. I'm the older one.
-
Smaarty how cute, u look so tall.
I just woke up hurting so I took some pain meds and hoping to go back to sleep. Oh well it's not like it's the first time. I feel so tired so hopefully I can sleep.
-
I hope the pain meds help you sleep Cami.
Just checking in tonight. Feeling tired myself. Had another iron infusion today with labs. Saturated iron came up 5%. Serum iron up 10...but Tibc (total iron bonding capacity) down 80. So this means, I think, my iron storage is coming up. But I lack a protein needed to bind the iron circulating in my body. So hopefully I can get a prescription for that protein that helps bind iron. I see my doctor Tuesday next week
Sleep well everyone. Hugs....
-
Pawprint I have to be so tired, body type tired, it doesn't always mean u can sleep tho. O hope they get u going soon.
-
Morning gals.... Just trying to go through things I want to save from my old computer, before I set the new one up.
I saved this a few years ago... Did any of you watch the Owls, Molly & McGee in SD Ca? It was a live feed, and the baby owls were raised by those two, so for WEEKS, I watched them grow... Evey day, it was something different!
This is just one of the video's I saved...
-
good morning ladies.
Chevy - good luck on your new puter
Cami - I hope you finally got some sleep. I was up hurting all night and seen your post but I couldn't think straight to string a few words together to encourage you. Sorry :-(
Fbb - praying for you and your husband
Paw - hope u get your iron leveled out
Smarty - sorry u got to get the ladies fixed - ugh. Loved your pic. U look very tall.
Hey to all those I missed. Hope everyone has a great day.
I am off to mo visit today. Should be a 3-4 hour visit. Ugh. They are so slow there but I try not to complain. I know when my time with the doc finally comes , he will stay in the room until I have answers to all my questions. Love that mo is so compassionate. Lucky me.
