    I know I'm very late this week. Lots of visitors and sickness, not to mention COLD!  Negative teen temps with windchills something like -45 last night. Brrr

    Extra Credit ~ 1 Stressed from MIL being in hospital w/ broken knee. Didn't eat icky unhealthhy cafeteria food at the hospital and stuck with the plan. I can't get over some of the junk they sell there! Or serve the patients for that matter.

    This roadrunner is sooo out of shape - it will take me a very good effort to begin to get back in shape. So I guess I should stop talking about it and actually do something to make a difference. Starting in the gym this week - here we go!!

    AWOL Roadrunner here - meant to get here yesterday but forgot

    Late = 1 point

    Weight = 0 (think I'm up but...)

    Water = 3 at most; going to get that up

    Exercise = 0 because although I've been moving it's not been the 'good' kind

    Extra = 1 - made follow-up appt with colon doctor

    Total = 5 and if I can't top that next week there really is a problem  Shocked

    Roadrunner here:  Friday = 3 pts; Exercise = 8; Water = 4; Weight down = 2; Extra = 1, made follow-up appt and scheduled a colonoscopy repeat for next month

    Definitely better than last week (not hard since I was in single digits) - Total = 18; goal next week over 20
