Have a great time! Lilah are you the right person to private message about the picture forum?
-
City Kitty -- I bet Michael's has boas and tiaras
And you can just wear a plain black t-shirt (with boa and tiara of course) and you will be fine! At least a few gals do that every year... since the Ta Ta T-shirts are black background (for the most part) you'll fit right in.SO bummed I won't get to see you all this year!

I picked up a boa, bought one in the bachelorette section! It is not as fluffy as some, but I'm hoping it will be a little cooler than the fluffy one. Someone said they were hot to "wear". Party city has a "hot flash" folding fan. That is what I really need to buy!!!! I know it was 100 in Vegas today. The tiara? I cut my hair really short, I don't want to look ridiculous so we will see.
-
kjbell,
My boa is not real fluffy either... liked it better. Vegas temps are not as humid as what we have in the south.
No tiara for me...I don't like things on my head. For an instant fan that will fit in your purse I glue 2 index cards together and that gives me a nice fan when out in a restaurant or somewhere....it depends on your purse size but you can use either the small index or the medium size. I made my friend one and stenciled on it "Hot Flash Fan"....she loved it.
-
Linda - are you going to finally make me one of those special fans that I requested YEARS ago????
No boa for me - I try to keep everything off my neck these days. I did buy a package of pink feathers - might be able to put some on my t-shirt, etc. or stick some in my hair.
-
I'm am so ready! Still need to pack. I hate that part. Just seems like so much work when it should take 15 minutes to pack for 4 days.. I am dressing very casual this year S I get older comfort is more important than being cutsie...lol. I tell my daughter who is 23 that I am. 44 year old woman so leave me alone...she is dress shopping for me for her wedding. Lord just give me strength. 6 more days for me and I will be on the plane at 6am and land in Vegas at 9:30! Who else here is from jersey beside me and Lilah? Anyone?

Hi to all you VEGAS bound Beauties,
I will be in Vegas on tuesday morning, I can not wait. I will have the slot machines and bars all warmed up for everyone. You all know how mom is about her travel days, Ha Ha Ha. The meet and greet can be as dressy as you like. Some girls wear dress and others are dressed up in pants or skirts its up to you.
I hope everyone has safe travel days and can not wait to see everyone. I hope to be able to post once I arrive in Vegas.
Hugs to all,
Cheryl

OK I'm ready; got my tiara at Princess (yes, that's a store!) today. No boas for me--I'm wearing a pink lei instead. Much cooler!
-
NVDiane - I love the lei idea! You reminded me that I have one so I'll find and bring it. I'm a Hawaii kind of girl, surprised I didn't think of that myself :-)
Is anyone interested in sharing a room with a 3rd person (Me) Thursday night? My plans changed on me so I'm looking at other options. I did reserve a room for that night but thought I'd put it out there...
Hugs,
Shelly
-
Jancie,
Yes, I will make you a fan....if I can find the time....OK I will make the time!!
-
jkz/Jennifer -- I'm in Jersey! I fly out of Newark Friday morning. How about you?
Lilah -- I did see a pink boa at Michaels. That's my backup plan. And I think tiaras were at Charming Charlie. So I will have to do that hunt during lunch one day this week, because today is rapidly slipping away from me. So much to do and not enough time! And I'll probably end up with some version of a plain black t-shirt. We shall see!
NVDiane -- The lei is a great idea. Easier to pack, too, I'm guessing. Hmmm.....
Linda -- I look forward to seeing this fan of yours!
See y'all soon!!!!
Carla
-
Carla: There will be a key for you at the check-in at Planet Hollywood.
Also: If you have a black shirt (all the tata shirts are black) that works.
Looking forward to meeting you!
Judy

Thanks, Judy! Looking forward to meeting you all!!

I only need one more name badge holder. Was able to find a few to supplement the package of 50. I know about 4 of you thought you could bring a prior years...would be great if you could slip into your purse in case I missed someone who needs a name tag. I will have a few blanks on hand. Thank you!
-
Gretchen, I have about a dozen of them that I've already stuck in my suitcase for you. Hope that helps!
-
looks like others are having trouble with this site posting what we send...it takes forever and if you keep hitting the submit button it will post it multiple times...hit the submit button 1 time and wait and wait and wait..it will eventually send it....Hadley apparently had problems...LOL
-
City kitty I'm from south jersey. I fly out of Philly Friday morning. What time do you arrive in las Vegas. Anyone arrive about 9am.
-
Made it home from Dallas! Gosh I was sweating it - had to take a valium when they changed my gate at the last minute.
Laundry was piled up for the last 3 weeks. DH didn't do any so I am busy with that and getting my car inspected - should have been done in September but I have been gone all month.
Talk at ya'll later!
-
Diane - thank you for the extras! We won't need that many - just a couple will be fine.
Save the room in your luggage! XOXO

Hello ladies....I cannot believe it is only a couple of days. Sometime today or tomorrow I will re post the schedule and add Heymoose Thursday's activity to it. I was packing last night and found some of the hair clips we gave out last year. I will bring them with me in case anybody wants them. I am going to miss the pink fuzzy hat from ebann....:(...
Once again thank you everyone that helped and thank you everyone for the cheering part too. Laura H. you are my hero for making the phone calls, without all of you this event would be a very hard task to accomplish...
I cannot wait to see you all.
Hugs
G.
