On the alternative thread I started a new thread on alternatives to heart meds. I clicked and nothing happened. It said, don't click in progression so I thought it didn't go through so I waited and clicked it again.

I ended up with 3 threads...all the same. Could you please delete two of them. Thank you.

BTW...still slow about clicking onto save or editing.

I have a question, I was going to update my profile diagnosis. I had both LCIS and DCIS but it will only let me choose one. Sometimes it would be helpful for another member to know I had both. I didn't really want to have one of those long diagnosis' attached so wondering if there is another way. Maybe I've missed something. Thanks.

Try this.... LogOut and the site takes you to a login page. Come back later and use that screen to logIn and you are taken... no where. Consistently to no where. This has been the case for about a month now.

I continue to have a problem with notifications.  No matter how many times I reset my account so that I can receive notices when someone sends me a PM, I do NOT receive notices.   It's been months and months like this.  When I discussed the problem privately with moderators, I was told to wait and it would fix itself.  So I've been waiting :)  Since I noticed this thread, I figured I'd throw this out there... still not fixed!

Lilah, I don't know why you aren't getting these. I'll email this to our tech crew.

    Sorry!

Susan, not sure what you mean. Do you mind explaining more. We'd love to fix it.

Stanzie, I'll message this also to our tech team.

    Thanks for Everyone's help!

Okay. The last bug, logOut, has been fixed, but a few new ones have been introduced.

When quitting the browser, I am no longer logged out. When restarting my computer, I am no longer logged out. And, if I log out using the button in the navigation bar, and then relog in, all the threads with new posts loose the red NEW indicator.

This isn't expected behavior at all.

    Thanks!

"My Favourite Topics" no longer shows new posts made like it used to. It started happening this week. I tried removing them and adding them again, but it didn't solve the problem. Anything else I could try?

On my Android phone, I can no longer use the Search for Community Members feature. It simply loops me back to the original Search Page.

Any progress on viewing more than first 2 columns of discussion boards (via Android phone)?

Settling in to the new format. Many thanks for all your hard work!

Hey mods, on the main bco.org page they are running banner ads for the site and one of them is for the new & improved lymphedema section. The pic they chose to use shows a poorly fitting sleeve. It should come up to the underarm and it show the sleeve just above the elbow. While someone may have a sleeve like that, it is not representative of the majority of LE sleeves and recommendations. Can you let them know they should look for a better pic?? Thanks!!

Hi Mods. I don't know about anyone else but I have been usingy iPhone a lot lately and have found that I have accidentally been hitting the Remove button instead of back to the top. Is it possible to have the Remove button only at the top of the page? This request is mainly for the smart phone app.

    Thanks. Chrissy

I used some basic HTML to format my signature line, but that code appears in the signature, rather than the formatting change.  I can post, edit, and reintroduce the HTML formatting after the fact, but that's clunky.  Am I missing something?  Is there a way to do this?

    HI Lemons,

Not sure what you mean by "code appears in the signature." We're not seeing any code in your signature, or when we view your profile. Can you tell us what it looks like?

When posting, there seems to be a very long delay in getting acknowledgement that a post has been completed. The screen just "sits there" and appears to do nothing.

The temptation is to click on post again..which may be why there are suddenly so many duplicate posts.

I'm typically using an Android device with its default browser.

It looks as though the move to the cloud has affected speeds across platforms and devices. The tech crew are working on improving speeds, and we are updating them on where you (and we) run into slowdowns when posting, sending PMs, etc.

    Thanks for your reports!

Holy cow! It just took 4 full minutes for a post to go through. Also, any pm's I've received are showing 6 or 7 times. I don't know for sure, but I don't think whoever is sending them is submitting them that many times. Is the pm system squirrly?

Edited to add: this post went through right away????

There's definitely a problem with the time it takes for posting, which is resulting in many multiple posts.  Plus I got a PM from someone last weekend and it showed up 29 times!!!

    Turbulence in the cloud!!!
