Thinking Out Loud.....

At the very least it's putting you to sleep so you don't eat... Maybe that's the key. You want to eat, so you listen to the cd - it takes so long to listen to, by the time you're done, you either don't want to eat anymore or you're asleep. lol just kidding. Hey - if it's working - keep listening to it. And I hope you do make him eat his words.
-
Chrisct...............Without my Bose Headphones (which blocks out all sound completely) neither could I..........................I do believe that is why this is working.................I have complete concentration................................Oh right..............................until I fall asleep...............hahahaha
-
-
Ducky...now I understand...according to Dr OZ....if you get one hour more sleep at night you start losing weight.
-
Oh great....................we're giving back an hour this weekend................looks like I'm gonna get fatter.............................
-
Sheila................was just thinking............at almost 77, and having to lose a small "toddler"...........what the hell am I going to look like, if I do...........................I will have to pick my flab up off the friggin floor...............................maybe I just better stay fat................I know, I can donate it to a skin bank................................they could build a whole new person with what I have to contribute..................
Good Lord...........ate Chili for lunch.................I hope the hell I don't get company tonight, I'm still peeing my pants at my daughter, farting in her kitchen after eating my Bean Soup, and my 13 year old grandson, saying "what Mom, I didn't understand what you said"........................................
Good Lord, am I rambling or what...........................no wonder my kids "worry about me"
-
Now I'm hearing to loose weight, eat no more than 500 calories one day then eat normal the next, etc, etc.
-
Ducky, you are cracking me up again. You need to lose a toddler. I need to lose two teenagers!!
-
I am very very very bored.
-
I went and shopped for wedding gowns with FDIL this weekend. I tried on one MOG dress, but I must get toned and lose some weight before I buy. So depressing.
-

Hope you all are ok!!! Will check in later.

-
Have you picked out your dress, Sheila and Deb?
-
Sheila, November 17th.
The sleeves are actually where the saleswoman put the little fabric stole that comes with the dress. The dress is strapless, and I want a bolero jacket instead.
-
It's beautiful!!! And so are you!! I love bolero jackets too!
Off to the gym....grrr...
-
Thanks. they didn't have my size to try on, so it made me feel a bit frumpy. I would also love a grey/silver color instead. At least there is some time to think.

Send them a letter telling them to add another line so their phone is not always busy so you can call and let them know.
-
chrisct, ask them to call you the day before to remind you. Good luck.
-
Chrisct.................I have a better idea..............tell the "Big Shot" in the place he should hire people who aren't so rude when you miss an appt........................I say screw them and the horse they rode in on.......................Life isn't always perfect................how well we know that...................

Most of my doctors call ahead to remind me, my fridge is covered with appnt cards. Mine and DH's. He sees my onc also, he has thrombocytopenia.
A normal human platelet count ranges from 150,000 to 450,000 platelets per microlitre of blood.[1] These limits are determined by the 2.5th lower and upper percentile, so values outside this range do not necessarily indicate disease. One common definition of thrombocytopenia is a platelet count below 50,000 per microlitre. His platelets are hanging around the 50,000 but one time it was as low as 30,000 so she is keeping an eye on him. She ran all sorts of tests on him even a bone marrow biobsy which she inserted a long needle into his hip to extract some marrow.
-
-
Ouch! - is that like what they do to test for matches for bone marrow transplants? - I've heard those are quite painful. Hope his numbers go back up so you don't have to be concerned anymore.
Sheila, you look great! ♥
Baby is so cute. So sweet big brother is loving her. Funny that sis doesn't want anything to do with her. Sibling rivalry is starting already...
-

Diagnosis: 2/15/2011, IDC, 1cm, Grade 1, 0/10 nodes, ER+/PR+, HER2- -
