Thinking Out Loud.....

I should do a new avatar with my new ankle wrap. I know you all like seeing my sexy knee socks. No one wears knee socks anymore, do they. Well, I'm always freezing in the winter. (unless I'm doing something - then I'm dripping with sweat - stupid hormones) I should take a pic without socks so you can see the atrophy. (actually probably only I notice it) Then you'll want the socks back - lol. The years have not been kind. Now I know why my grandmother always wore long pants... I think I'll ask for sclerotherapy for my next birthday.
-

Ankle works. Did 10 min - took a break and then did another 10 min. Was unconsciously favoring my left ankle, so right leg was burning. So out of shape...

1
Open a tub of Crystal Light powder and pour it into a pitcher. Add 2 quarts of cold, filtered water. Stir the mixture very thoroughly to ensure there is no powder left at the bottom of the pitcher.
2Measure the vodka for your recipe into a cocktail glass. Use either a tall glass or a rocks glass. Fill the glass with ice to the top. Pour Crystal Light onto the ice and vodka.
3Add a long straw and top the drink with a fruity garnish. Try orange wedges, lemon slices or a cherry on a stick.

I pedaled four miles on my stationary bike yesterday. For dinner I made WW taco soup and tapioca for dessert. Now that I am truly watching what is going in, I cannot imagine how much I was eating each day before. My body probably thinks it's starving at 1200 calories.
-
Keep up the good work, ladies!
-
Chris...when my DD went to College it took me about 2 weeks to get used to the idea.
It's an emotional moment. ♥
meece...can you share the recipe of your soup/
