Happy New Year!!
Typo Sheila! And that was before my drinks!! His GF does NOT have a son. Not that I know of! LOL

Sweet dreams!
-
Linda...what time he came home?
Today suppose to be a new day and a year.
Gained almost 10 pounds the last 6 weeks. i'm getting worried because I can't control my appetite. It's becoming a health issue now. I'm an eataholic and need professional help.
Other than that it's a mildish day outside. The stores are all open.
♥
-
He was home at 12:45. My company was still here. Glad he didn't argue!
Just did my walk in a short sleeve shirt. It's 60 in Boston on Jan 1!
-
Maybe your doctor can give you an appetite suppressant to get you out of eataholic mode. Once you get into a better eating pattern, then you could probably stop taking it so you wouldn't have to take it for long. So hard once you get into a bad pattern.
Don't get used to the warmth. It's supposed to be 25 on Tuesday. Brrrrr.
-
It is so nice out, love it, eatalcoholic never heard of that one.....how is everyone? Cheesesteak for dinner for me and pizza for them...Michael is here, can't watch sports on the tv over daughters....idiot doesn't like sports....kinda bad cause Andrew loves it...
-
We dvr'd the Patriots game and will be watching it soon. So tired from last night.
I think I am an eataholic too.
-
What is it with the Trojan commercials all over the tv. We were watching Office Space on Comedy Central and those commercials kept coming on. I come up to the computer and DS is watching Star Wars on Spike - and guess what I hear? "Trojan Man...." Ugh. I'm not sure which is worse - Condom commercials, Trojan Vibrations commercials, or the slutty women you can call and talk dirty with them... I avoid watching shows I would otherwise like to watch (ex. - Scrubs) because all the commercials are those slutty women telling me to call to chat with them. Ugh.
Sorry your daughter doesn't let the boys watch sports. Maybe it's because she doesn't want to have to explain what ED is... or why it's bad to have an erection that lasts more than 4 hours...
-
nope isn't her Chris is the person she married, she wasn't home.....they are 18 so they can know what ED is, lol!!
-
LOL! I thought Ed was her husbands name. Little slow today!
-
You can do Weight Watchers online. my onc said that is the best and healthy way to loose weight. I'm going to do it next week.
-
Thank you all......
Deb I can't effort to pay WW.
I know what healthy eating is and i do it healthy a lot and late night snacks.....like slicing a 16oz Mozzarella cheese and finishing it in one sitting after midnight.

since my insurance is changing i'm trying to go under a managed care that i don't have to change every single DR.
My oncologist and PD need to be changed i already found replacements.
It's also difficult for me because i need my DRs locally here.
OK done with venting. I walked some places were open some were closed streets were empty.
Now i'm finishing cooking the chicken soup.

-
I heard somewhere that sometimes when we think we're hungry - we are really thirsty. So when you want a midnight snack, you might actually be thirsty, so you should drink water instead of having a snack.
I wish the healthcare system would change so people didn't have to switch doctors.
.
(((((((TOL))))))))
-
I've heard that too Chris. Chug away! Hopefully it will help. Glad you got a shower in. Please have DH buy me some cookies and chips!
Sheila, I know you can do it. You typically eat very healthfully. I am the same way. BUT , the Holidays make it difficult. I have beeen eating MEAT!! Can you believe it. It was yummy. Gotta get off that stuff and back to the salmon. I will do it with you! -
Yes Sheila - you eat very healthfully. I haven't even heard of some of the fruits and veggies you eat on a regular basis! It's just the tasty junk food we have to try hard to avoid. We're with you. ♥
-
OK Chris.....i'm starting with water pretending it's liquid GF. LOL
Maybe I can do it because I have to. 179 is not a healthy weight.
And YES you can remind me i won't be insulted. I really need some pushing.
Now we all sing alalalalalalalalalalalalalalalalala
I love you. I belong.
Don't need any health crisis while switching Doctors.
-
lalalalaaaaaaaa!!!! You can do this!
-
Sheila........online WW 'is only $5.00 a week........much cheaper then going to the meetings........I do it, but I go to the meetings...........I get it for$9.00 a week, but I buy by the month online, instead of at the meeting where it is $11.00, hey two bucks is two bucks, right.............online is the cheapest, and a good way to do it too.
Makratz.....................I love your Tom Brady...................I watch him every chance I get............we have Michael Vick................good, but not liked by the Animal Activists..................
Would love to see Brady take it again this year.
