Stupid question #1 Do you have to eat their frozen food?
I don't like that

-
I was a good girl last night.

Waiting for the arctic air to arrive......opened the windows to air the house today.
I will make red lentil soup.......
Christmas tree will stay up because the lights makes the room even warmer for the next 3 days.
I have no complaints today.
OMG...I reread my post it's so boring.........
-
Right now is saw on TV you can join free.
No, you don't have to eat their food. They go by points now, years ago it was by weight.
-
Thanks Deb...i just checked sign up is free not the monthly payments.
-
Superb! OMG! this 2012 brings all of us more closer to each other than before. This is really good as I feel all of us are taking care of everyone in this forum. How about throwing a get togther party. If it happens in reality it would be great thing in our life if I am not wrong.
-
How about this dress for me to join the party ?
-
Beautiful dress Raj!! I love it!
-
Sheila, don't eat frozen meals, they are horrible for you. I know you can cook good healthy foods, do that and count their points. I think if you google their point system, someone must have posted it online.
-

-
Good for you Sheila!
Yes, kids will be in school tomorrow. I have to have a filling replaced in the morning....not looking forward to that.
Sheila, some people think frozen food is ok, especially the diet versions. They are nothing but chemicals and salt. Make your own food, as I know you do and will.
-
I keep one frozen diet version for an extreme emergency.
OMG salt intake itself can make your BP go up instantly.
-
The salt in processed food is outrageous.
-
-
