LOL!

And Vinnie grew up to be a gastroenterologist
-
Morning girls - thenewme emailed me too and I wrote to the mods yesterday. A permanent ban was very harsh and after reading what she wrote, I can't blame her for saying it but I guess it's up to the moderators to decide what violates the rules. Not fair though.

Is Sunflowers back ? I hope she's back in the cub house.

Well, now THIS IS F'ng weird.
First I'm disappeared, then BANNED, and now back. Go Figure. I hope thenewme is here too. I REALLY wol love a drink

-
Yippeeeee! So glad to see you back. Now, if we could get thenewme here....
-
Yay! Sunflowers ... I'm so freakin' happy to see you!!
The BCO Bar&Grill is open .. what will you have?
hugs,
Bren
-
Thenewme got the same email I did "permanently banned" - she is ONE angry lady, and I don't blame her. She was fed up - told them to delete her posts, so she was banned. Told her I wasn't coming back unless she did ;-))))
Thanks bren - I'm not venturing to any other thread - gotta reset all my ignores
LOL - a long list! -
Yay Sunflowers...............................I'll have anything your serving..............put a nipple on the friggin bottle and give me the whole thing............................I need it...................today is a shitty day.........................just one thing after the other...........................gotta get the big girl panties out....................................like I always say "same shit..........different day"..............
-
What the hell is going on at BCO - they're making me nuts (and everyone else too) - glad you're back Sunflowers - did they explain to you why you were banned? Frankly there are a lot of people still on the board who should be banned but have gotten away with their rudeness for a very long time - why are they picking on people who don't break the rules.
Just love their new attempt at a religion thread - already upsetting Catholics by not including them with Christians - since when do mods decide what is a Christian, and what isn't - perhaps they should have left well enough alone but apparently that isn't going to happen.
Sunflowers, I do believe I will have a drink.
Sandy

Frustrating - cuz I didn't want the CREATIVE thread deleted - it was OTHER PEOPLE'S WORK - they shouldn't be tossed because I was leaving - so I din't want stuff deleted - so they deleted AND banned me. DO NOT ASK. DO NOT ASK. I'm not going to any other thread - and if anyone wants advice on Acupuncture, Arimidex, art therapy, they gonna have to come to the BCOB&G - and I hope there are "bouncers" at the door. Only otters, guines pigs, dogs, cats, DUCKS , and some people allowed
-
Oh, NO. New religion threads. Well, How about one for Pastafarians???? I can get my colander ready in a miinute.
-
Sheesh, you guys, I get busy for a few days and all heck breaks loose. Blue I noticed that some of our suspected sock puppets are no longer in the member list. Whew on that one.
Have a meeting but will be back later. Try to keep things cool until I get back.
-
CS - are you saying that people can be banned because they request that their posts be deleted?
Also, you must venture out of this thread. Never give in to terrorists (and if anyone feels insulted by this, shame on you because it means you've been targeting people).
If anyone here is fearing that their posts will be reported if they venture out, I suggest that you cc the mods every single time you post and let the mods know ASAP if you receive an e-mail saying that any post of yours has been reported. You should make sure the mods know of your concerns. If the mods have a real time record of what is going on, they might be more likely to believe you rather than reacting once the automatic system features have kicked in.
-
Barbara .. glad to see you have safely arrived in LA. Hopefully, you will be able to get some sleep tonight.
Bren
PS .. Has anyone heard from Jancie today?
-
CS..........................thank heavens you included DUCKS....................
-
I checked a few of the sock puppet names also and they are missing......that's the only good thing that's come of this mess.....
-
Barbara, hope your day is going OK. And that you are back in time for a drink.
-
What the?!!! *Banging head on desk* At this point I'll drink anything just make it a double.
I knew I'd have some catching up to do but had no idea that I'd be walking into whatever the hell has been going on.
-
River Rat .. things are kind've mixed up now. It's tiring.
I'll take a nice big steak from the Grill with a side of rice and broccoli.
Bren
-
Yeah, I think I'll go find something else to do and come back another day. Really I have to go anyway, but it does seem like it's a good time to have something else to do.
Hugs to you all, will check back and try to sort out when I can.

I really need a drink. REALLY NEED A DRINK! I went to the physical therapy appt first. Everything OK, a little freaked out at the restrictions for up to 6 weeks. Then went to cardiologist for stress test. Background: I have a-fib, not heart disease. Just a little electrical problem. Cardiologist is a specialist in arrhythmias. Great guy. Got to office ..oh, we're sorry, we've been trying to call you ...we had to cancel, there is no doctor to oversee the test. WTF??? It was 3:30 ...I left the office at noon! When the hell did you know? This is the THIRD TIME you have rescheduled this! I AM HAVING SURGERY IN THREE WEEKS! Office manager comes out, grovels, takes blame, admits she didn't check schedule yesterday or she would have caught it. Grovels some more. Makes new appointment herself for next Tuesday. Waives co-pay for thst appointment & co-insurance for last appt.
Original story of appointmaking: called first time to make appt. Offered me Monday. Declined, took Wednesday (last week). Phone call -- can't do appointment on Monday have to reschedule. Patiently explain appointment is on Wednesday. Oh. OK. Call back on Friday. Can't do appointment on Wednesday ... Treadmills not available.????? What? Did they go on vacation? Do they have to pay them overtime?! DID THEY GO ON STRIKE? *sigh*. Made new appt for today. And now this. I really, really need a drink and the bottle of wine in my fridge turned out to be spoilt.
G&T. Half gin.
And some hugs?
L -
Back from meeting and heading to the bar for a scotch. Will bring back to the room, chat a bit then drift off. Athena, the day is OK just loooong. Up at 4, in LA at noon and now it's 6 East coast time and I am still beat from my insomnia Monday and Tuesday.
-
CS ... no rabbits allowed???

Sounds like they thought they could 'ban' you and that would leave your posts when you left? thenewme was probably the same thing. Guess maybe they forgot about the automated message. Who knows? Hopefully all the changes will work out before too long and we'll be able to see what we are left with.
And yes it looks like the FSM is being discriminated against again
But ... as long as we have HERE I'm good to go.
Edited to add ... looks like Barbara and Libby need the bartenders attention ... stat!

Befuddled here!!!! waving frantically like always
Regarding the Hokey Pokey, so we put the religon thread,in, we take the religion thread out, we put the religion thread in and we shake it all about. We separate the Christians and we mess with all the rest, thats what its all about.
Anyone seen the missing thread for Muslim women? If I were a conspiracy theorist, I'd say . . . .oh never mind. . . .
-
DUCKS in capital letters: QUACK.
Ok, a few changes I see. Wonder who has the "brilliant" ( am I allowed to write SNARK here?) idea to post different Forums for Religion - the mind boggles, next will it be for Politics? Not enough trouble here lately? And, quick, somebody call Heaven and tell Anne Boleyn Catholics aren't Christians - aw, wonder if it's too late???
Ruthbru made the BEST comment : Spirituality. Maybe next year, after all it took about that long to get the Comp/Alt/Hol a little less complicated
Anyone still posting 50 cartoons a day, btw? Just checking (more snark
) -
aw, yes, BUNNIES, BUNNIES, BUNNIES - rabbits too - how could anyone be late ( "I'm late, I'm late) if we didn't have rabbits? I automatically hum the words to Grace Slick when I see your pic

-
OH, an if ya want me to reallllllly get us in trouble, tee, hee...I could tell you all the wonderful things I learned about Pastafarians on the Atheists thread. SUCH FUN!
-
3Moms,
You're right the Muslim thread is no where to be found. Not that I'm paranoid, but wonder if that was the intention all along. I'm really &^%^ing pissed about it being deleted. I really have trouble supporting a forum that discriminates.
