It seem noone know what to call it.  Here is what I found.

A zeedonk (also spelled zedonk) (also known a zebrass, zebronkey, zonkey, zebadonk, zenkey or deebra) is an interspecies cross between a zebra and a donkey

A 'donkra' - the offspring of a female zebra and male donkey.

Thanks for that information, AJ - I think I like "zonkey" the best!

It's a pretty animal, but why would anyone cross-breed them in the first place?

I think they are pretty but zebras are prettier.

Definitely, zebras are prettier...but that shade of taupe is the color I painted my bedroom walls, so I can't help but like it. :)

LOL. I did that also in my other house. I bought a paint roller at Home Depot that had cutouts and it did a faux 'sponge' treatment. Loved it. Much easier than sponging.

Morning gals. Off to get ready for going into the officfe today. Haven't been there in a couple weeks. Don't like going there, either. Need to keep a low profile.

Bone scan was good.....well, not improved or anything, but No Significant Change is what the report said when comparing it to the one I had in April.  So maybe I over-reacted when the orthopedic doctor was showing me the mets in the xray he took and my onco was right when he didn't even bother to look at the film when I took it to him and was right in saying we needed to compare it with a new bone scan since that would be a true comparison for change.  Now I just have to wait for the CAT scan results....the offered to give me a CD which they said would only take 10 mins to burn, but I said it wouldn't do me a bit of good so I will go back and get a written report tomorrow or Wed.  IF it is stable, I guess I will just stop worrying about tumor markers.  I called to make my appt for next week since I was not yet scheduled and they told me I am supposed to come for blood work on Wed....whatever....onco is on vacation so I would not have been seeing him anyway.  Thanks for all the prayers and support.

Happy for your stable bone scan, Marybe.  Now, will hope for the best with your CT as well, and bloodwork that has lower numbers on the tumor markers this time around.  Maybe Halaven is doing the trick, which is well worth the sacrifice of hair.

Sorry to counteract the bone scan results with the CAT report....all the liver tumors have increased in size....the largest which was 6.2 X 5.9 cm is now 7.2 X6.6 and the one that was 2 X 2 cms is 2.8 X2.8. They did not give measurements but said the other lesions have also increased slightly. They are calling this a mild interval increase, but I don't care how mild it is, it was supposed to be smaller!   I am not too upset since I was sure it wasn't working due to the fact I can feel lumps that are tender in this area.   The report also says I have diverticulosis....probably from all those laxatives I had to take, but this is another reason I figured the halaven quit working if it ever did.....for the last few weeks I have not been taking anything and have not been constipated.   Won't see the onco til next Tues, but wanted to let you know what the scan showed.

Marybe - so sorry the halaven is not working like everyone expected and hoped.  Try not to be too worried or discouraged.  I know that is hard to do.  Know that we are all praying for you and sending you love and hugs.  I can hardly wait to see you again my dear friend.

I too am so ecxited about the whole month of September.  Time is flying by, it is hard to believe I will be in CA welcoming grandbaby #6 in 18 days and then when I get back it will be less than a month until Chrissy gets here and we go to the beach to see Mel for 3 - 4 days, then Chrissy goes to see Cherie and a few days later I meet Barb, Chrissy and hopefully Cherie in Atlanta and we all fly to Branson then on to Uncle Bill's.  Looks like I am going to be very busy, I really need to get this infection cleared up.  Hopefully this 2nd round of antiBs will do the trick.

Marybe, I join in hating the sucky  news, but now they know the halaven wasn't working and will find something that will shrink those suckers.

Barbara, really sorry we won't be able to meet up in Florida this time around, but I'll just trust that we get other chances.

Amyjo, what's Uncle Bill's???  And sorry your infection is taking its time giving up on you...gotta kick its butt out the door too!

I got for annual blood work, chest x-ray and BSGI tomorrow. No reason to be worried about any of them, except that we do :)

    Hugs buddies.
