Anyone watching Season 10 of American Idol?

I am also very disappointed that James was sent home. He will surely have a career in music, his talent is too great and his personal understanding of his direction is steady.
As for the step father selling stories to the rags, I would smack him for sure.
My steam for AI has never run out like this before. I will place no votes at all and will watch just the finalie only because the others will be back performing in it. I have previously, more than once, gone to the tour twice in a year, not this year. Sad.

Seasidememories.............my grandson has a very mild case of Tourettes also.....even though he has never been tested, it is just obvious.........and yes growing up (19 now), when he would be under stress for whatever reason you would see he would have the tic's you referred too........my son and daughter-in-law never had him tested, but you could tell something wasn't right.....at one point it would be mouth movements, at another it would be blinking, then another it would be head jerking..........so I had much respect for James.........I do like Scotty, I have to admit that, but James was very good too............I figured Scotty has already been pursued by many country greats, so in that sense, other then being an American Idol I didn't think Scotty needed the title............I figured James might not be picked up as quickly by anyone, so I was thinking the win would serve him better then Scotty........Guess we will never know........I just know Haley did not deserve to stay...........

Ducky,
My son (soon to be 18) has never been tested either but, he also has had at different times the mouth movements, blinking and head jerking. Not all of them all of the time but, definitely there both when under stress and also, sometimes when they have pushed it down all day, when they feel they are in a safe place, in my son's case home, it will be very obvious.
Doesn't seem to affect him day to day... But I'm sure is just one extra thing he has to deal with in addition to the usual teen-age stuff!
Still trying to work up enthusiasm for tomorrow! I KNOW I will watch but, I also think it won't be with the same intensity as last week! Maybe that's a good thing!
-
Counting down the hrs till tomorrow night!!!
-
Me too.
Good Morning All.
-
Now only 3. I hpoe Scotty does really good tonight!
-
96 minutes and counting.........
-
Tonight 3 songs for each contestant.
--------------
Beyoncé is helping the kids w their songs on American Idol tonite & we're premiering her "Run The World" video (Ryan Seacrest)
-
The judges get 3 chances to wind Haley up.
-
I think the more judges dont like certain contestants more votes are coming for them.
Look what happened to Pia and James. they always praised them and next thing you know they were eliminated.
♥((LAUREN ALAINA))♥
-
seyla888,
I think you're correct.
-
I hope all 3 look and sound good, and the judges
keep their negative crap to themselves.
-
Ok, East Coast Ladies....
15 minutes to go!!!! Should be interesting...
No telling what to expect...
-
Annnnnnnnnnddddd Showtime!
Best of luck to everyone's favorites!!
-
Keeping my fingers crossed... {{{{Lauren Alaina}}}} will knockem dead tonight!!!
-
I didnt know it was 2 hours. I had to change my recording time.
-
Scotty like
-
Scotty did a really good job with his 1st song! One of my fav songs
-
Loved Lauren's personal song choice!
-
Round 1: Not impressed by anyone... sad to say; am working in a different room, just listening to AI... and like I stated... nothing moved in me... sweet of Haley and dad having a chance of showing us a little more of them/family.
-
Round 1.... Goes to Haley!!! Awesome, and EXTREMELY difficult, song... Perfect performance!!!!! Lauren and Scotty, by comparison, in my opinion, played it safe!
Two more rounds.... Anyone's game!
-
Even with the fall Haley rocked it out! She wasn't my first choice for AI winner but now I think she has a chance of winning. The girl has chops and stage presence! She has a good time up there!
-
Personally I didn't like what Haley did... I thought the song choice was terrible. I've heard her much better. Just my opinion though.
-
Agree with mimi
-
Naughty...
Working during Idol... GASP!
Lol!!!!
-
SeasideMemories: it's a school project that is driving me NUTS due tomorrow and I decided to do a PowerPoint presentation... just kill me... and it's regarding my opinion on Maslow or Rogers theories of psychotherapy!!! Just double kill me!
-
Oh my NBN that sounds atrocious! Good luck with you project!!!
-
Naughty,
I went back to college after being layed off from my job at age 40... It really was crazy hard but soooo rewarding....
Not going to "double kill" you, but remember feeling that same way!!!
It will all be over soon! Sending hugs to you tonight, my dear!!!
