Ah...And I am North of there.
-
Is currently 78 degrees in Texas and suppose to be 88 degrees by 4pm. Beautiful day here.
-
Got about a foot of very wet snow so far. Still coming down hard and the wind is picking up. Glad I don't have to go anywhere today.
-
58 and sunny, even though they called for rain today.

I just got in from being outside and thought I would check on line to see how hot it is. So the report is that it is currently 81 but feels like 82 (You know I can tell a difference of 1 degree, can't you?)
-
It is 85 degrees, warm, but nice. A/C motor went out and we are having it replaced tomorrow. Can't go long without A/C here. Supposed to be 89 tomorrow.
-
currently 78 and just came in from working in the yard. Mowed, water and planted some impatiens.
-
Temps went down again yesterday to 70 from 88 on Friday. Dressing in layers seems to be the key right now.
-
This weekend turned out pretty good, cooler temps on Sat (60's) and warmer on Sunday (70's). They are predicting higher than average temps today (average 67 predicted high 84) with a wind advisory.
-
Very cold weekend, large wet snow flakes yesterday morning! This morning it was 41 degrees, it is currently 61 degrees as a warm front went through about an hour ago but the cold front is coming through in the next hour or so and temps will drop throughout the afternoon. I think we may have snow again tonight and tomorrow (nothing sticking on the ground and not the foot that NM had to endure this weekend!).
-
Glad I went for my walk outside at 11 when it was still 61, we're now down to 48 degrees.
-
Brr, this weather is crazy!!!
-
Long night with storms. Just about the time I was relaxing enough to get to sleep, I would get another weather storm warning text message or large lightning strike with accompaning long boom of thunder to wake me back up. Storms have now moved to Charlotte. The morning news anchor started the show on the phone stuck in traffic reporting on downed power lines on I-485.
Temp this morning 60 degrees with not much change in temps over the whole day.

We've reached our high today of 74. Shelia, your storm has just made it here. It is lightening and thundering outside with some well needed rain. This storm should pass over by noon. I'm here at home waiting for the a/c guys to show up to replace the motor in the air handler. It was hot last night, but I was able to sleep ok. DH is in Salt Lake City all week at a conference--much cooler there.
-
Here it is 5:30 and the temp is 63. It is supposed to be 81 later today. It appears Spring is really here now.
I cannot imagine having so many storms, it seems that you are not getting any breaks. Sheila, you may have to just stay nome and nap today.
-
Could not believe a cool front came in last night. When I was getting dressed for work it was 39 degrees outside. Is suppose to be 77 high today. It was 90 just the other day. Go figure Texas weather.
-
Spring has unsprung in WNY, today itis 36, but feels like 24 with the wind chill factored in. In the 50's for the weekend, yay.
-
We've reached 42 degrees (wind chills in the 20s and 30s all day and some snow flurries). Supposed to be in the 60s by the weekend. Hope they don't change the forecast!
-
Not a cloud in the sky here, and I go a little suntan while doing outdoor chores today.
-
Yesterday turned out to be a pretty day, no rain, just windy. This morning we were under a frost advisory, when I got up temp was right at 32, expecting high temps close to normal 68 degrees. I haven't been out to see if the cold temps got my azalea blooms. Last week they were not close to blooming so the cold temps didn't get them but now they are almost at full bloom.
Sheila
-
Expected high today of 69. It is supposed to be mostly cloudy today with rain coming in tomorrow. Wouldn't you know it, we have outdoor activities planned on Saturday and it is supposed to rain.
-
Expected high today is 80 back to normal
-
We made it to Mexico aaahhh sunshine and warmth.Do not want to fly home this weekend.
-
Enjoy the sunshine and warmth mum - send some up to Michigan please. It's a long time until May 14th and sunshine! Have safe travels.
Meece and Sherry - your temps sound divine.
Sheila - hope the azaleas survive - they're such beautiful flowers.
We're up to 37 this morning and very cloudy and rainy - at least there are no snow flakes (yet) - (knock wood).
-
It looks like the azeleas made it through the cold snap as did the creeping phlox. the weather forcast for the rest of the week is calling for low temps well above freezing.
My thistle seed feeder has been pretty active this week, I have 4 or 5 goldfinches coming to it regularly. I think I will be putting out my hummingbird feeder later this week, it is about time for them to arrive for the summer.

ON 3-30 I posted that I had the house open & was airing everything out. It's supposed to SNOW tonight. Insanity reigns!
-
the azales have already bloomed and gone here.
-
We had cold front go thru last night and got down to 50. Today, back up to 80. Supposed to be 90 on Saturday, but I hope not. We are going to the Dunedin Scottish Highland games and I remember it being very hot in the past. Shelia, glad the azaelas made it. Went to North Carolina in April one year and I vividly remember how vibrant the colors were. Our azaleas usually are more of a faded color--probably too hot.
Joni, that does sound nuts. My sister lives in the Syracuse area and it has just been crazy there, too.
-
Going to be in the 50's today, I may just go lay out for some tanning time! Feels wonderful, 60's tomorrow and for the weekend possibly 70 - yipee
-
About 10 minutes ago it started to pour! So the weather guessers were right on this one. Although they stated light rain.
