    faithie:  I just watched the video (been off line for a day or so).  It is wonderful!  It makes me want to teach little kids and not be stuck in an office all day.

    I really have eaten a LOT less.............

    and I REALLY have moved a WHOLE LOT more!!!!

    Next week is 'real life' so I gotta clock in with lots a points when I can.

    We got a lot of exercise this past week, lots of walking, swimming and kayaking.  I think that is what saved me from a record gain!

    Welcome back Meece!  You were missed. 

    I think we should all get an extra point this week only, if we lose, because of all the candy.  I have my fingers (and toes) crossed.

    I didn't have any Valentine candy.  Dh was kind and got me a necklace instead.  I can take that weight off any time I want.

    Friday check-in - 3 pts.

    Water - 3 pts

    Exercise - 12 pts (couldn't undo polishing off DS birthday cake)

    No extra credit so total 18 pts.

    This week I didn't deserve to gain weight. I ate normal and walked.

    I'm hoping when I stop Femara in 2 months maybe will be easier to loose.

    I am doing ok in all departments except for the weight - it is starting to get discouraging but I'll keep chugging along!

    I was in Istanbul (Turkey) for 3 days for work. I exercised a lot less than at home and while I'm traveling I can never eat regular meals.

    I didn't have the courage to weigh myself today.

    Does it count like I'm checking in?

    I'm sorry teamFrown Could not stand to see that I gained weight.

    So if you decide to accept my points just for checking in:

    Exercise - 3 points.

    Special points for not eating Baklava cakes and pistachios? - 1 point.

    Hi Ladies, 

    Checking in for the Hummingbirds:

    Weight loss this week -  GAINED 3.2 lbs (now 167.2)!!! AAACCCCKKKK!  Not sure what happened I gained back everything I have lost so far PLUS another 0.2!!!  Hoping at least some is water weight = 0 points

    Exercise - 2.5  hours = 5.0 points (Ummmm... Guess I see what happened.  This is way down for me)

    Friday check-in = 3 points

    Daily water = 7 points

    Extra credit: None that I can come up with.

    Total =  15 points 

    I WILL do better this week!!
