Isn't that the pits? My tummy has been upset today and may have lost a pound or two.

Ah, thanks for the personalized cake........ (I truly don't know how one goes about that magic -- do share your secrets at some point, Meecie.)
Am back from the wild west, and all of the celebrating just keeps rolling on & on. I have been appreciating the splendor of the celebrating and thus have not slipped back below my 140 mark. This morning was 140.8 and I'm tickled pink to be stuck (or back, as the case may be) at that spot...... cuz there's been a whole lot of delight in the past 10 days.
That's what birthdays are all about, right?
In any case I'll find a seat belt sometime later this week & strap it on for the rest of the week.
LOL
That's my intention...... anyway, I am presently just adoring the milestone, whatever the specifics!!!
All the best around the LAB!!!
Thanks again for the well wishes!!!!

I think whenever we can be stuck without an up swing, we are doing great. I so want to see 150-something. I need to move even more, which means getting away from this computer now. Have a great day everyone.
Happy Birthday, Sweet Faithie!

Happy Birthday Faith!!
Maybe I will be on the down track to some weight loss since I am depressed right now...
Just hope that's the only reason to lose weight... and maybe it will only last a few days!

Renee, don't let it get to you. Worry like this won't get you any further ahead. The doctor has to tell you why they want to follow up, even if it turns out to be nothing. Smile, we're here with you!

What have I missed? I have attempted to read back and can't find what I'm missing.
We are here -- thru thick & thin.

Faith I went to the rad onc last Thurs and had a chest xray done the doctor they called me today and told me that they saw something on it in the right middle lung. They said it was called a spiculated opacity and the doctor thinks "its scar tissue" but he wants to do a chest CT tomorrow to be sure. So I am having one done at 9:45 tomorrow morning and should have the results late tomorrow or sometime Weds. I really don't expect it till Weds but I hope they call me tomorrow with B9 results especially since I am suppose to go for my markings for my surgery on Thurs. I have to let them know something ASAP.

Thank you for the clarification..... I'm always reading the threads I frequent, with half a foot out the door and always concerned that I'm missing out on the details of people's lives. At least this time I didn't totally drop the ball on my own.
You've already had the test and now it's more waiting.
Just wanted you to know I'm saying a prayer for you in your waiting phase.

Cool! That is wonderful news. Your week just got even better, and it was already going great!
-
We have just checked in to our hotel. I have several things to say but we are heading out in minutes and I wanted to let you know something important. I spoke with our sister PauldingMom on our drive. She didn't answer immediately which had me worried. Not too long after she called me from her hospital room. She is back in for another transfusion and has had to be getting fluids this week. She wanted me to pass on that she is okay and is trying to get healthy enough to be home for Christmas.

Thanks for the update Meece. She's in my thoughts and prayers.

Yummy! At the snack table tonight, I had an orange slice and a bottled water. I was a good girl.

PM/Lisa. Just wanted you to know that I continue to send hope & prayers for you during this season in particular.
We're off now for a full week of family fun...... which losely translates into all sorts of opportunities to indulge in eating. Must keep moving, must keep moving, must keep moving.

As of a little over an hour ago, Lisa is being released from the hospital. Still praying that she will continue to improve and be home for the holidays with family.
-
Thanks for the update Meece.
glad she will be home for the holidays!! I know this is a wt. loss thread, but we have all become such friends. Hopefully after the holidays we can all buckle down and get back on the right track and get that wt. loss attitude going again. No more brownies, red velvet cake or pecan pie! LOL (my favs)... have a great day ladies!!!

Even with the large Funeral meals we ate, I am holding steady, still not at my low, but not gaining right now either.
