-
You guys are cracking me up!
-
How many do you need if you use DD?
-
lol!!
-
LOL to your LOL
hahahahahahahahahahahahahaha
-
Goodnight all!!
-
Mak, it's time we made YOU smile. You do such a good job making us smile!
Okay, here is how you pick out which persimmons to use:
Go to the fruit and vegetable stand/vendor
Look for persimmons with a nice clear red tone , a few small black spots are okay
Make sure the persimmons are soft, but not mushy
Place two persimmons in a spare bra that you have brought with you
If the vendor doesn't call the men in the white coats on you, they are the right persimmons and you can take them home
-
)
soft but not mushy would be boobs before babies?
we just went out looking for persimmons, didn't bring a bra though....couldn't find any, darn it! Whole Foods tomorrow to check there.
Why is Sheila still MIA this evening?
-
Im here.
I was on the active topics.
Then i couldnt the picture the way i wanted too, playing with the darn think over an hour. I gave up. Its persimon time I can only it them by the kitchen sink its very juicy.
How are you Diane? did you have any DR appointments today?
-
Hmmm....are you saying that our thread is not active enough for you?
I am good, really good. I feel like I am getting things done, my brain may be clearing, and I have had no DR appts since Tuesday and none scheduled until the 21st!! Woo-hoo!!!
Nearly all Christmas shopping is done. DH and I went and got a tree tonight. I have done a fair amount of decorating this week. Plus, my DD's bedding finally came from the Macy sale and I picked out paint but when I put a sample on the wall, it was so, so, so wrong! Damn it. That is tomorrow morning.
On Monday, dear FIL arrives and the craziness begins. Plus DS is going out of town on business, DIL decided to go along, so we will have Barley the awesome Labradoodle.
It is a good couple of days. Oh, and tomorrow, we are taking a second look at a condo we hope to purchase and rent to my FIL until DD is ready to live independently. We don't know if she will succeed but her disabilities are not so signiificant that it is unrealistic to consider.
Hot trainer comes tomorrow too - I have a lot of weight to lose before August and given that he (the oncologist) said every 4 lbs I gain increases my risk by 1% or more. Shit, shit, shit! Some of these things really suck but damn, I have such a great prognosis, I can accept the sucky shit along with the awesome things. Enough bad language, I will stop now.
-
Did you notice I no longer calling you RCG. LOL
Whats happening in August?
do you need to wear a 2 piece bathing suit?
OOOh I remembered your reunion is coming.
Im 5' 5" and weigh around 166. I was all the way down to 157 last July.
I thought i was getting sick loosing pound a week. So i started to eat again.
-
Time for my beauty sleep.
Good Night
-
August is at least one reunion
Hell no, I will not be putting on a one piece never mind a two piece. We are very close in weight, but I am shorter by 3". I will diet after the holidays....
May you awaken more stunning than ever...good night.
-
On Sunday I ran across the little book I logged my weight gain in during my first pregnancy. I weigh about 5 pounds more than I did at 2 1/2 weeks overdue with a 9 lb baby. That was incentive to really start pushing to at least get a few more pounds off. I am 5'8" 162-ish.
-
Still laughing! LOL!
SHEILA???????????? Where are you?????????
-
RCG, I'll bet your Dh is glad you didn't slip them down into your own bra. You might have been arrested for shoplifting if you had found any.
-
I'd like to see the officer making that arrest!
-
Just don't carry them on to an airplane with you. Especially if you opt for the enhanced patdown.
-
OMG - you guys are too funny. I don't think I've ever had persimmons.
Sheila - I need your cleaning crew! And send the ones that iron too - although I'm not quite as behind as I usually am on that. Been trying to keep up with the laundry with the guys putting flooring in in our basement - didn't know when they would disconnect the washer/dryer.
Ugh weight. I'm hovering around my pre-chemo weight. 6 lbs down 40 to go! Yeah, right. Oink!
Did you guys decide on the optimal bra size for the persimmons? I have to go buy a bra in that size! The booby fairy doesn't visit my family. At least that's what I told my daughter when I apologized for passing down my small boob gene. I also gave her a button that I bought way back when - "Small busted women can hug you closer." I think she has it pinned to one of her bags that she uses. I'm surprised she uses it. We have to tell ourselves these things to feel better about not being well endowed.
-
I don't think I even got boobies until I was 17. Not fun to go through school being the flattest girl.
-
Good morning
Is this a TATA discussion day? I hope Deb is peeping.
I will announce my weight at E-LAB.
Oh I feel so beautiful today. hahahahahahaha
I gained about 40 pounds both my pregnancies but i was back to my regular weight at 6 weeks check up also with 9 pounders.
-
Most I gained was 34 pounds.
-
I had no morning sickness and i really enjoyed my pregnancies.
I'm going to B B&B today.
Its crazy considering the temp and waiting for the bus in an open area
-
As you can see, the persimmons are not C's. Best go with a B-cup.
-
LOL!!!
-
Is that your bras/ hahahahahahahaha
I need 4 of those in each cup.
-
You can see that one persimmon in each isn't enough. That's a C (Which I don't fit, but keep it as a memory of when I could were pretty bras.
-
Glad to have you laughing, Mak.
-
Does this mean the bra is a double P?
-
OMG - MEECE - you are TOO funny. This started my day in the best possible way. I made them breakfast and sat down to check the board and just burst out laughing. DH and DD both came over and i shut the screen at first - I mean how on earth do we explain ourselves?
DH said nice bra, DD said EWWWW.
