Ok who is going to watch Survivor with me?

Okay, so I'm glad James is gone. never really liked him before, really didn't like him this time! As for Tyson? Okay to that too since by his own admission he f'ed-up.
Russell is quite the player - I'm impressed. To play back-to-back I'm sure is physically challenging enough but to play with those who have already played? I'm not so into his cockyness but he IS a good player. His alliance w/Parvati is questionable but if he now thinks she has his back he should think again.
Boston Rob continues to dominate but my bet is that he's eliminated by ??? before the final 2/3.
I'm going to miss the next few weeks due to work, I only hope I don't find out who's eliminated before I see the show.
-
I thought Russell's play was inspired and genius. I won't go into more in case others have not seen it.
-
Tonight's show was great! At first, I thought Russells' ploy to save Pav's butt would backfire, but once again, he triumphed! Agree that he shouldn't trust Pav to cover his back ever... The show is getting into the nitty gritty good now!
Still no real favorite grabbing me, but again, I think that Russell is a master player. Hoping that he will go to the end, but can't guess who he might be up against. Can't wait til next show!!
-
I think the little speech that Russel gave about being a man of his word will transfer Coach's man crush from Rob to Russell. Coach loves honor.
Rob was so upset his eyes turned red. He was completely blindsided. Next week should be sumthin'
-
What an stupid move by Tyson. Not only did he destroy the game plan, he booted himself out of the game. Both Russell and Rob are brilliant players. They not only come up with great plans but are able to figure out what the countermove will be. I hope both of them are around a long time.
-
russel is sleaze but plays a smart game. I like Rob on the villians though and I love colby, loved him the first time around and love him now. Am disappointed in how Rupert is playing, expected a lot more from him. Don't care for Pav at all. This is one of the most interesting games in a while. I loved Stephanie and was sad to see her go so soon.
-
So glad Colby is a little while longer, love Colby. I too loved Stephanie and wished she had stayed in a little longer with Tom. I liked James the last two times he played, but really didn't like his attitude this time around - he seemed to have a huge chip on his shoulder.
Russell and Rob are both so smart, it really is a shame they can't figure it out and team up together. I love Rob and hopes that he manages to hang on for a while longer..........I see a big target on his back when the teams merge. I really don't like Russell, but he plays a good game and did so this week convincing Tyson to do what he did, which resulted in Tyson being voted out. Tyson should have listened to Rob and would have more than likely still been in the game.
I guess all of this craziness is what makes the game and keeps us hanging on each week.......until then........
-
I wonder about the comment that the tribe was of two minds about Rob. The show is heavily edited. I wonder about what is edited out.
I hope Russell doesn't fall for Parvati. I think Russell is married.
-
Well, Coach was snuggling up w/Jeri and isn't he married? Didn't they show his lady in the audience at the reunion show? Again, perhaps just clever editing to make things look more interesting than they really are?
-
How dumb are these married guys to snuggle on TV?
-
I didn't watch it until last night - we were in Jamaica last week (so want to be back there!). Anyway, Tyson - dumb dumb dumb. Fell for Russell's ploy hook, line & sinker. He deserved to go home for that one. I am glad James is gone, although in this episode, I was beginning to see some of the old nice James again. Still totally rooting for Rob.
-
OMG, I don't believe who was voted out tonight.
-
I am NOT happy - all of my favorite players are being voted off. Wonder what Jeff thinks......
-
What a fight to the finish between two superb players. This is the best Survivor ever.
-
Very sad.
-
WOW!! interesting outcome on tonight's show...not totally convinced that Russell is calling the shots for the villains--he may think he is, but.......hmmmmmm.....great season! Still no favorite--evey time I start rooting for someone, they are voted off! Can't wait 'til next week!
-
Wow. I'm very disappointed in Jerri. Coach took the easy way out. Russell is a great manipulator. I actually hope he doesn't win because he's so cocky but if he does then he deserves it. Parvati is also a great manipulator. She may just win and if she does I can't say that that's a bad thing.
-
I would rather see Parvati win than Russell. Colby seems to be pulling it together. Maybe he will be my next hopeful winner.
-
I am bummed that Rob was voted off. I can't stand Russell or Jerri. I'm back on the Hero's side - it was good to see Colby pick it up a bit. I want a Hero to win now, I don't even care which one.
-
Let's see what happens tonight.......
-
They are CRAZY!
-
next week shouold be good...I want Russel GONE...fun to watch, but I would hate to see him win...
-
I am recording it with the PVR, going to watch it later. I was sad to see Boston Rob go home.....
I can't wait to see Russell get his! He is such a poor loser.
I wish we'd see more of Rupert he's pretty funny. Russell is the LAST person I want to win!
-
It's funny because the last time Rupert was on Survivor, I thought he was so amazing and had such a good heart and I just thought he deserved to win. I was thrilled that he was voted by the people to receive the million dollars.
However, for some reason I just don't have any opinion of him this time.
I too was sad to see BR go home. He is a brilliant strategizer. Russell too plays a very strategic game; always thinking ahead. The difference is, BR has integrity and I think his integrity has caused him to play the game differently this time around and this in itself has caused him to be kicked off prematurely. Russell on the other hand is repulsive, a liar, and I truly hope he doesn't win. I don't watch the show every year so I don't know all the players. But I do remember Russell from the last show saying he was in New Orleans and he was a fire fighter. Obviously both were huge lies and that in itself turned me off. How low can you go!? Pretending you were in New Orleans and going through all that they went through. Geez!! I'm surprised he hasn't played the cancer card yet.
I too PVR everything. Love fast forwarding through the commericals!! Best invention yet. I live in the US for the winter and we have a DVR and it has one additional feature that I wish we could get here. It allows you to set up recording of new shows only. So you never end up recording a bunch of shows you've already seen. Other than that, the DVR and PVR are pretty much identical.
-
I admire raw intelligence and Russell has it in spades. I think that Boston Rob is every bit as crafty, manipulative and tough as Russell. Rob was missing a key bit of information that made him vulnerable. He did not know who Russell is. Rob discounted Russell and that was his mistake.
-
duplicate post
-
I seriously do not like the way this season is going - Stupid Jerri voted for Coach!!! What the heck is up with her? I am done with all the villains - come on Heros!!!!!
-
Mantra, you can get that feature here in Canada too. We have it through Bell Express Vu. We hardly watch anything 'live' anymore.

I can't wait for Russell to see the choices he made this week was based on the manipulation of Sandra, who is very sneaky (she played this way the last time). He wasn't in control, it was Sandra who was in the backround letting Russell think he had control this week - good move on her part. Not crazy with they way they voted again, but I guess we'll see what happens in the next few weeks - will it go Russell's way when and if they merge or will he find himself being blindsided?
As for the Hero's, I'm really disappointed in Rupert's game this time around and sweet JT is playing a little bit sneaky this time, hope it doesn't hurt him. The two girls seem to have all of the guys figured out...........
Guess we'll have to hold on until next week.
