Linda- Wonderful news!!! Still praying for your DH.
Yeah...rub it in Arnie!! That's MY weather! Well...okay...I don't live in Houston but close enough. It was so miserable today and has been for months. I swung by Target for a Starbuck's fix and when I got back to the car, I whipped my wig off right there in the parking lot! I don't really care who saw it either!! LOL My scalp was wet with sweat!! Sorry about the fainting. I have never fainted in my life. That would be scary!! Rest up and feel well soon.
Happy early birthday to Shiny!!!! Come on girlfriend- we are having an early party for ya!!
Congrats on getting the job back Lucy!!!
Tomorrow is Taxol #5 of 12. They are going by so fast!! Yay! Basically no side effects either. And my hair is growing back (very s-l-o-w-l-y!) so I'm happy.
Hugs to all the bunnies!! -
Lucy...YEAH!!! So happy to hear that news!!!
Lol...Texas... didn't mean to rub it in...lol I feel for ya though...we've had just a few days of it and I'm sick of it already so when I saw that report and thought it was ours...well, yuck!!! I'm so glad your hair is growing back in, mine to, it is just a covering but it's something!!! I'm glad you whipped your wig off too!!! You go girl!!! Glad to hear you're having minimal se's... I was never a "so called fainter" but for some reason that's been an se of mine..
SHINY... thinking about ya sistah! You're probably in bed but I'm gonna put up a early birthday greeting because I know you'll be up sooner than me. (((((((hugs)))))
Happy, Happy Birthday girlfriend!!! Miss you...
-

Hey, Hollyann!
Happy Birthday, Shiny!
Sharon, I had a friend who had a white Persian and a Samoyed & spun their combings into yarn & it was way soft!! I had one Samoyed, & she could have clothed an entire family. There's a sister on another thread here that raises angora bunnies & makes yarn with their fur!! Gotta go get a photo. Be right back.
-
This is one of abbadoodles' bunnies!!
I have my one year mamm tomorrow. Glad my car has good A/C. Supposed to feel like 100 degrees here (that's 38 Celcius for you Canadians!!).
-
Lucy - Yea for you-
Kathi - when I worked for PETA, they had two angora rabbits - broke my heart when they passed away. The female looked like the doe in this picture (with her babies)
Where is Coonie?
-
Congrats Lucy!
Best if luck tomorrow Mary. Take it easy and get plenty of rest.
Arnie, why are you fainting? Is it heat or meds? Please take care of yourself!!
KAK, good luck tomorrow with your mam. I know it's going to work out well for you, I can just feel it! I will be keeping you in my thoughts.
Happy Birthday Shiny!!
Hugs to everyone!!
-

ARNIE!!! No more fainting. You thought since I was out of town I wouldn't find out, huh? I hope you're telling your doctor about this episodes??
Sharon...............LHSK!!!!!!!!!!!!
(((((((((((((((((((((((hugs to all)))))))))))))))
I'm pooped. Time zone change has me exhausted. Sleep tight bunnies!
-
Just catching up a tiny bit after sleeping for 4 hours. Linda, I'm so glad to surmise that you got some good news. Yay!
Arnie & Mary, hugs & hang in there.
Hugs to you, Coonie! And Sharon, and Faith, and Cheryl, and Jayne, and Jane, and Barbe, and everyone. I have actually had a couple of good days in a row, where I wasn't flattened by the fatigue, then I hit the wall again tonight, but today (Monday) was one of my long work days & the weather here was HOT, HUMID & HORRIBLE, which didn't help. God bless air conditioning, or I'd be a lot worse!!
-
I will be doing some clean up after the maintenance man comes back in the morning to fix my plugged up air conditioner. The carpet is wet about 4 feet out from the wall unit - like a heat pump. I usually do not walk around in bare feet, but for some reason I did earlier -- and the carpet is wet. He said he will take care of sucking it up with the we/dry vac, but you all know it needs more than that.
-
Oh, lord, Nancy, heck of a time to be dealing with a/c problems! Good luck & think cool thoughts!!
-
Happy Birthday dear Shiny, Happy Birthday to you!
Lucy congratulations on getting your job back.

Arnie I hope you are doing OK and no more fainting. Great news that you only have one more to go!
