    NOW I know why, when the surgeon said he's seen everything, he wasn't kidding!! 

    And I thought doll's eyes on my boobs would be pretty funny  (they were) !!!

    Hi ladies,

    I'm joining the pre-Las Vegas surgery band wagon.  I had a lumpectomy only and tomorrow am doing a lift and a reduction so hopefully by the time we are in Vegas I will have pretty TaTa's for my TaTa shirt!

    Renee, I think that's what I had on Tues, if I remember right.  They took my ovaries, tubes, and uterus laproscopically.  So far, feeling alright, just a little puffy around there.  My prayers are with you.

    I will talk to my DH tonight to make sure about the trip, but I can't wait to meet all of you great gals!  So nice to have something exciting to look forward to.  Don't we all deserve it?

    Renee- I just started reading up on your caringbridge site to see what's going on with you tomorrow - ALL THE BEST WISHES FOR TOMORROW.. wish I had time to send you something shocking to put on your body to flip out the surgeon...

    So I was researching Flow-Be-Gone procedures and  found the FlowBee I guess they are using for the procedure...

    Rachel_ I can't read any more of your stuff with out peeing my pant's from laughing so hard & believe me that is a feat in itself since I had to have a sling put in to help with that.  LOL LOL

    Trying to think of something to do before surgery this Monday-any idea's????

    Since I'm getting my tummy re-opened,thought of something like, "watch out for the alien"  I've already told him I was from another planet!!!

    Told Jazzzy I could so see this in Vegas with the topless girls doing some space age routine with the center lite blinking away, of course she would have to take center stage-perhap's not topless,but either way, she'd steal the show!!!!

    It's electromagnetic technology.  I have no idea how it works but it's suppose to help with pain.  When the light lites up it's doin it's thing.  I can't feel anything...lol  We went to the movie today and I looked down and my shirt was flashing.  OMG I just cracked up.

    I went all day without pain meds so I could drink today at the movies...well I only had 1 beer and I was in pain the whole time.. so STEWPID idea on my part!

    I must be sooooooooooooooooooo bad..

    After my mast... I took the demerol I was suppose to and had a glass of red wine to wash it down.. Was I not to do that?????????????????? I did it for five weeks... it is a wonder I am not dead.....oh well.... I am still here...

    Jazzy.. I would take the pain meds over a little beer any day girl!

    Susie- :::whew::: thank you, what a relief... was hearing crickets... thought... I'd... gone... too far.  (Weak Shatner reference). btw, did you see the movie?

    what to wear... a tough task, late Friday night for Monday morning surgery...

    alien would have been awesome, like a doll stuffed through a pillow, but that's pretty hard to pull off.. 

    for you I am thinkin like... crash helmet. that would be a riot if you show up with a crash helmet on... like... just in case...  but again, probably no way to sneak it that far...  Unless you have like the old fashioned aviator leather hat thing, that would be cool too.  Easy to sneak in.  Or like Jackie Gleason's Space Man helmet from a soup pot- again, not easy to sneak in.  The "reveal"  is the real crucible... I can't keep a straight face... Judy did...good thing my best gag was on my ass...

    so maybe ear muffs?  if they ask you why you could say... "well ya never know and I ain't takin any chances!"

    Jazzy- it... lights up?  Like... a slot machine when it wins? It lights up... girl you  gotta get a pic of that.  Like Catherine said, you could hang ornaments from it and it would light up like a Xmas tree.

    You, light up my life... er... You... light up your boobs... of course, no one but you.  Bodiacious and they light up too.

    Bet you and the hubby have had fun turning you on....

    Do they take it back when they are done treatment or do you keep it? If you keep it I wonder if we could rig it up to light on a switch?

    And listen to Estepp- and you were just saying you had finally gotten a clue on the preventing pain thing... beer may be a sort of painkiller on a normal day, but when you tatas are lighting up with Borg technology, really, you want a PAIN KILLER ... not a beer.

    OK so let me explain...we go to this awesome theater where they have a restaurant, wine room, and bar.  We get there and I'm so dang excited I order a double vodka tonic...the bartender says,"we only serve beer and wine".  I'm like CRAP! I was hoping for a stiff one then a pitcher of beer during the movie.  So we order a beer, and realize we weren't as early as we thought, so we worked our way into the almost full living room theater. (has nice black leather rocking seats with black leather ottomans).  We went to see star trek.  I'm not a trekky but this movie was excellent!  NON STOP and no time to run to get a drink....dammit.  I was so excited when I got home and my sweet nurse (daughter) had my pain meds in her hand waiting for me!  I will NEVER do THAT again!!!
