AMERICAN IDOL SEASON 8

You know, I keep hearing about that but I don't understand it. Was she a big star at some time? What songs are associated with her?
-
Bumping to remind all American Idol fans that its on tonight.
-
Thanks Hope. Now, can you bump me just before I nod off?
-
You mean before the show comes on? What time zone are you in? Pacific?
-
E.S.T.
I usually turn it on.........and then nod off. I have yet to see a whole program.
-
You can always go to http://www.americanidol.com/ and watch the episodes you miss for free. I did this with Dancing With the Stars last year since it conflicted with another show I like.
-
idol tonight, am excited to watch it.
-
bump...its AI time
-
Anna Marie or was it AnneMarie, anyway she was my favorite.....that girl can sing!
-
I think they had alot of good ones tonight.
That one guy was just weird. His 'affect' seemed flat, no emotion. And he sang so quietly. They must get some really scary people that they don't even show on TV.
-
my lord that guy was strange..........and I thought the kid with the guitar had potential....his voice wasn't that bad.......better then some they've passed on.....I also liked that one little girl, the 16yr old, forget her name......she was good too......
-
Oh the one with all the big sisters waiting outside? I think her name was Jasmine..wonder why I remember that?? She was good and she was cute too. I bet she makes it to the top 10.
-
Yeah......I would be willing to bet that Anna Marie, that Jasmine and the girl from the first show, the one with the tats and multi-color hair all make to the top 10, course we arent' seeing all the auditions....so t here maybe some better.........can't wait till tomorrow nite, it is on right?
-
I'm pretty sure it is. I kind of wish the auditions would hurry and be over. Do you know when they end and the hollywood rounds start?
-
I'm pretty sure after lookin at americanidol.com that Hollywood starts in Feb........
-
Lot of good talent so far. This should be a really good season. I'm glad they stopped showing so many bad ones for the auditions. Its nice to see the ones who really have the potential.
-
I'm still freaking out over the one guy, the bearded one.....and Good Lord, who told some of these people they could sing.....Like the blonde haired gal that tried to do Minnie Rupertons "Loving You" about the only thing she got right was the high note..........I hate to sound so judgemental but some of them are horrible and I love my kids alot but jeez, I would never allow themselves to embarass themselves like some of these people have......LOL
Hugs
-
It is kind of sad that people don't tell them these things but I guess its hard to crush the dreams of your kids.
-
I guess it is just me, I didn't think any were very good tonight. Will be glad when auditions are over and the real show starts. The guy with the beard was painful. I feel so bad for some that had such high hopes and then cry.
-
Did the creepy bearded guy say that in 11 years he hopes to see him self in a simple house with NICE FLOORS???!! Then did he mumble something about marble ones???!!!
I agree, spar, I didn't think they were all that great tonight, either!
-
Yes, that's what he said alright. Not 'I'm going to be the top of the charts in 11 years' but 'a simple house with nice floors.' Way to aim high, huh?
-
I missed it again Hope.
-
That's okay, its just the auditions. We'll have to come up with a 'keep Sharon awake' plan once they get to the Hollywood rounds though.
-
I am excited about watching it again tonight, hope they have some good ones. It is on again tonight isn't it?
-
Yup, it is but I forgot what city they are in tonight.
-
So far I like the Pink Bunny the best LOL.........................
-
So far I like the Pink Bunny the best LOL.........................
-
Oh my goodness, I loved the very last girl that had lost her mom and day. She had a great voice. Also liked the 2 girls that were on in the first half that had babies. It was a good show tonight.
Jaz, I think it was salt lake city, I may be wrong though. I just know that last girl took my breath away.
-
I loved Rose too! She had such a sweetness about her.
-
Hope, I stayed awake!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
