Waste of time, money and effort, but then again -- it takes the focus off orange evil the loser for a bit.

Absolutely agree:

Thanks for the Cruz meme.

Pretty good question, but just because you act like it doesn't mean you won't the BIG surprise when you find out it is not true.

I want to personally thank the AG from PA for his statement to Cruz. Wish he had also suggested an urologist to check to see what shape his balls were in but he kept it clean and more professional.
Der Spiegel has been after donny with their headlines for months now. Got to love their honesty.
I wonder what Ann Richards would have to say about Cruz. She hated "W" and I wish she were here to comment on this jackass.
Wish I could be a fly on the wall in the WH to personally witness donny's responses to Time's Person(s) of the Year and Fauci being named a "Guardian". donny was certain he was going to get it for his contribution (?) to peace in the middle east. Twice thwarted since he didn't get the Nobel Peace prize either.
What's the difference between drumpf and Kim Jung-un? Both are autocrats but one has not declared himself a "stable genius".

The Supremes just rejected the lawsuit!!!

Hot damn!
It's official, Supreme Court rejects Texas case!
Supreme Court rejects Republican attack on Biden victory

HOUSTON (AP) — The Supreme Court on Friday rejected a lawsuit backed by President Donald Trump to overturn Joe Biden's election victory, ending a desperate attempt to get legal issues rejected by state and federal judges before the nation's highest court.
The court's order was its second this week rebuffing Republican requests that it get involved in the 2020 election outcome. The justices turned away an appeal from Pennsylvania Republicans on Tuesday.
The Electoral College meets Monday to formally elect Biden as the next president.

"The State of Texas's motion for leave to file a bill of complaint is denied for lack of standing under Article III of the Constitution. Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections. All other pending motions are dismissed as moot," the Supreme Court wrote.

Love it when you get great news on a Friday heading into the weekend!

I am seriously on the verge of tears.

The Supreme Court kicked the Texas lawsuit to the curb ! I can see how happy we are as so many posted it as soon as it was announced. Have a wonderful weekend

Go ahead and make my day -- heck, it made my year. It is something we all knew yet with that orange disaster at the helm you just always feel the slight tickle of worry. I mean knock on wood for sure, but it is the people like Trump that just keep going with any sort of chaos that often do get something of what they want. Still, I think at some point you do hit the wall and I think I'll be hearing this thud for quite some time.
I think Trump is going to be the total ruination if someone in the Reps. party doesn't get some guts and settle his jets way, way down. I think with all that is happened and is seemingly continuing to happen -- getting the loser stamp daily, maybe even more than once a day could send this yo-yo way over the edge. In fact, he teeters I think a lot of the time. He needs other people to 'drum' up things for him to do, but once you give him an idea it could get mighty dangerous.
Anyway, as someone said long ago " Whoopie, pickle " and thank you SC.

Ruth - and me too. Tears in my eyes. PLEASE let this be the end for awhile. Hopeful, but not very.

Well now -- here's what you have to do I guess when you have lost the same election over 50 times and two of those 50 were in the Supreme Court:

Dedicated to the 126 Republican House members who signed the TX amicus brief and Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI).

I could hear those sheep bleating, and those Republicans don't have brains or a heart, either.
Imo, one reason Donnie continued his reckless, lying, horrific behavior without reeling himself in at any time during the 2020 campaign is because he thought he had the election all sewn up due to the many judicial appointments he made while he was in office. He thought he could continue behaving badly because no matter what he did, he fully expected his picks for judges to have his back. He thought they would normalize his behavior on yet another level. Not only does he think he is above the law, he truly has no concept of what following the rule of law means.

So happy the SC tossed the garbage to the curb.......
I'm wondering if Amy Barrett's a RHINO--Republican in name only?
